Very satisfied with Carter. My car broke down just a couple of blocks from their shop. I did not have a mechanic yet for my vehicle, and it turned out to need an alternator. They were reasonably priced compared to other shops, honest, and explained my cars problem to me in great detail. They also got my vehicle done in a timely manner. I will go back to Carter (hopefully not too soon lol).

This shop is the best in town, not only are they talented and know what theyre doing but their prices are fair. They always deliver my car when they say theyre going to. I totally trust them. When I refer my friends to them, they always rave about the service and the price. HONEST and they have gone out of their way to help customers on more than one occasion.

Honesty is the most important thing when dealing with car repairs. Ive been using Carter automotive for several years even though they are an hour out of my way. Knowing that we wont be charged for non needed repairs or overcharged and they always do excellent work are the reasons I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
