I have been doing business with Exclusive Repair for 15 years. The level of honesty, quality, and service from Exclusive has been impressive. Exclusive Repair initially won my loyalty when I dropped my car off for a 2nd opinion. I had been told that my 1996 Accord needed an expensive repair that I was unable to afford. After discussing the problem with my dad, he suggested taking the car to his Honda mechanic. I dropped the car off at Exclusive Repair and received a message later in the day letting me know that the repair was complete. The message came as a shock, because I didnt approve a repair, I just wanted their opinion. I called back and was ready for a battle, but was quickly told that my car just needed an idle adjustment and that there was NO CHARGE! No charge? I couldnt believe it! Obviously you cannot expect free repairs, but this was over the top! I have to remind myself to lower my guard when speaking with the mechanics at Exclusive, which is a strange feeling. Exclusive Repair could teach graduate level customer loyalty classes!

I wish i could give them less than 1 star. For $45, they lied to me and made my car run horribly. When i took it back to them, they told me that they simply recommend "living with it" because they didnt know how to fix it. My civic ran great before i took it to them, except when i ran the a/c; car would idle super rough and drive like poop with the ac on. Took it to exclusive repair for them to look into why the ac made my car run so rough. They said it had to do with the throttle body, they wanted to adjust it, and adjust the idle air control valve and retune the idle, all for $45 out the door. I thought it was too good to be true (it was!) but went ahead. Civic ran EXCELLENTLY with the ac both on and off for less than 24 hours. Then car has horrific idle surging while in gear and stalls. Computers now kicking codes for O2 sensor and IAC, which it never did before. Took it back to exclusive, they had it for another 4 hours, just to tell me to replace my new O2 sensors, and that might not even solve the issuei should try just living with it.

Weve used Exclusive Repair for many years. They have provided us excellent service. However, recently they FAR exceeded our expectations. We discovered we needed a new battery within 30 minutes of closing on a Friday night. We actually called a closer repair facility that closed at the same time. They said they could not help, as there were not enough time. So I then called Exclusive Repair. Yes, they could do it. Sure enough, they got it done, including a few extra needs the car had. I know they wanted to leave on time that Friday night, but they were willing to stay a few minutes after closing. Ill not forget this exceptional service. THANKS.

First time taking my car to them. 99 Honda Civic. After talking with the sales manager, getting an itemized list of repair suggestions, and knowing they could get it done in a timely fashion, I turned my baby over to them and they got it running just like its suppose to. Brakes, drip pan, new batter, engine flush, you name it. It was an expensive investment but the shop is run so well, so clean, even my wife was impressed walking into the shop. Thanks guys for giving me my car back and ANYBODY having a Honda should check them out!

Today my 2010 Crosstour broke down with a dead battery. I called up Matt at Exclusive right away around lunch time and he told me they could fit me into their busy schedule. Matt told me to give a local tow company a call to tow my car down to the shop. Once the car arrived at Exclusive they found out what was wrong quickly and repaired the busted AC relay that was killing the battery. We were then able to pick up the car after hours thankfully. Thank you Exclusive for giving us quick, top notch service!

Exclusive is the most honest repair shop you will ever visit. I have been a customer for about 10 years now and I completely trust Todd and the others at Exclusive. I could tell several stories about how wonderful they are, including times when the Honda dealership told me something would cost a fortune, and Exclusive told me the problem was much simpler than the other shop let on. Often times, I have left paying less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend Exclusive Honda & Acura Repair.

Ive been taking my Civic here for 11 years. They are the absolute best. Fair prices, quality work, and total honesty. Theyve turned down work I requested because it didnt really need to be done. The one downside to their awesomeness is they are so busy its hard to get an appointment. Hard to fault them for that. Really makes you wonder why more shops dont do business this way since it clearly works. I never want to look at another make of car because I dont want to find another mechanic!

I have only owned Hondas and Acuras in my life, except for once. I owned a Toyota for about 2 years, and never found a mechanic that could compare to the fellas at Exclusive Honda and Acura. When I got rid of that Toyota, I bought another Honda for two reasons. 1. Theyre great, reliable cars. And 2. I wanted Exclusive to be my mechanic again. Theyre always honest. Never perform unnecessary work. Find the cheapest parts possible. I love this place.

Have been going to Exclusive since 1996 when we purchased a used 1993 Honda Accord Station Wagon. That car is still running today at 348,000 miles. We have had a 1993 Honda Civic and now also have a 2003 Honda Accord V-6. They have always given us great service and pricing. What I love about them, is that they dont try and get you to buy unnecessary repairs. Will always buy Hondas since they dont fix any other model cars.

I had been taking my Honda to the dealer for the past 7 years. They wanted almost a thousand dollars to replace the starter. Exclusive did it for 450!! Talk about service! They are respectful, honest and charge fair prices for their service. I am so glad I was referred to them from a friend. I will never take my Honda anyplace else! Wonderful people.

These guys are honest, fair, and reliable. They will tell you what it is, if its something needed immediately or down the road, and they arent expensive at all because they usually have whats needed on hand. Anyone with a Honda should take their car to them. I wish I could find a mechanic for our Caravan like I have with these guys.

I was in need of getting an ecm reprogrammed after I replaced it in my 06 Civic. Exclusive took care of it for me at what I would estimate being half of what an actual dealership would charge. This is a great place for anyone with a Honda/Acura vehicle that wants dealership level service at a fraction of the price! Thanks guys!

This is my first time ever writing a review which is saying something. A friend of mine recommended them to me eight years ago and I am still going to them. They are beyond honest and have very fair pricing. I had a Honda and then bought an Acura in part so I could keep going to these guys. Cant say enough good things!
