Just used Elite Auto Experts for the first time and it was a great experience! My 2011 Maximas A/C system went out and as many in Houston would have been, I was extremely frustrated since it happened in the middle of summer. These guys really take pride in what they do and are very reasonably priced. I went to them first after reading reviews on Google. Seemed like most reviews were great, so I gave them a try. When I took the car in I met Mo and Joe, Mo is one of the owners, they took my car in and in a couple of hours MO called me with an extremely knowledge and thorough diagnosis. I was told that the Compressor was bad and he told me total cost to do the job. This weekend was pretty tough as I had a battery on my other car go bad and my hot water heater in my house die in the matter of a couple of days. I decided to shop a little, but at the end of the day they were the best price fire what I was getting and I really trusted them, you really cant beat their 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty. All the places I called, probably about 4 places were either higher, 1 was slightly lower with a 1 yr warranty but thru all didnt have Elite Auto Experts Warranty so I wasnt going to pass that up. Ive always learned that if someone is willing to stand behind their work with a strong warranty they are doing good work with good parts, no one wants to have to go back and do the same work a second time. Dropped off in the morning and had it ready to go at 330pm the same day. Anyway, had a great experience! A/C blows REALLY COLD NOW! I would recommend these guys to my family, friends or anyone I meet! Great Job and great service! They really care about their customers! Thanks Mo and Joe, you will be seeing me again for anything I need. Just hopefully not too soon. Hahaha!

I had to bring my car in because it was having some issues with the tail lights and brake lights. I set up the appointment with Brian and he made sure I was taken car of from the moment I walked in. He was very kind and professional. My experience was great. I didnt feel pressured or upsold to something I didnt come in for and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. I was kept informed through the whole process and even shown the physical part that was having issues. Although it took a while, Brian made sure I was comfortable while I waited and apologized multiple times for the longer than usual wait. I did have to bring it back the next day because a fuse had gotten loose and disconnected as I was driving, but once I brought it in, they took care of everything right away and made sure the job was complete. I am completely satisfied with the service and experience I had here. Thank you Brian!

Family friend for years...Continue to do a great job on any one of the cars Ive brought out here for service...Coming from a big family, multiple cars I have sent out to them mainly imports though (Japanese)....Competitive pricing, upfront & honest...They will say NO to a Job they cannot do as I had one to do with on my 1999 Mazda Miata I had owned.... 2004 Toyota Sienna - clean bill of health as my brother purchased it recently & we had it checked out before purchase.... 2004 M45 - finished a complete brake pad & rotor job...finished a valve cover gasket replacement... 2006 LX470 - finished a complete Water pump & Timing belt overhaul....R & R on the Alternator... Great pricing, service & clean job overall with no missing bolts, caps, nuts or even smudgy fingerprints on the vehicles... We pray the very best for everyone who is part of this outfit & the ownership!!

Ive brought my 2002 Ford Focus here twice, and was helped by a guy named Mo both times. Ive never met such an honest, professional mechanic as this guy. Not once did he try to sell me something I dont need. In fact, today I took it in for what I thought was two separate problems (A/C recharge and a sluggish problem). Turns out, once they recharged the A/C, the other problem was fixed as well. They could have thrown me the whole "you need a tune up and a flush" etc., but they didnt, and thats why Ill be returning here for any future automotive issues.

I have all of my vehicle services completed by Elite Auto Experts. I have three older vehicles (2000 and 2005) and the mechanics at Elite handle all of the issues that need repairing. I trust them to be honest and to complete the job in a timely manner. No price gouging at Elite. They do not try to sell you a bogus repair job, like other places. Try them out on your next repair. I know you will be pleased with their professionalism and honest evaluation of the needed repair. They are a AAA recommended repair shop and I give them 5 stars.

After years of searching for a good mechanic, these guys are it. Fair rates. In fact, lower than most places Ive been. Im a realist and know that no repair garage is going to be 100% all of the time, but they do stand by their warranties and the ONE time Ive had to use it, I was out of town and had no problem getting reimbursed by the warranty company for repairs needed in the middle of nowhere. Try and get THAT from anywhere else. They have been my mechanic for years.

We typically leave an auto mechanic with a feeling of dread, fearful we may have gotten something we did not need, and in the process feeling that we paid too much for it. I did not leave Elite Auto Experts feeling that way at all. I believe they correctly diagnosed maintenance issues on my car, properly prioritized them for me, charged a fair price for the service, and completed the work on schedule. I cant recall have a similar take away in a long time. ESG

Just went in last week for my brakes. They were gonna charge me $850 to replace 2 break pads and 2 roters and a brake fluid flush. I couldnt believe it! So I left and went to advanced auto parts and for 2 roters and 2 brake pads I paid $80! I mean I understand I have to pay labor costs but they totally overcharged and took advantage. Im very disappointed b/c I have been going there for nearly 6 years and been very loyal to them. Wont be going back again.

Its hard to find good mechanics and good shops anymore but this one is one of the few great ones. We have been very pleased with the service and the personnel there and all of my friends who I have sent there for service have all come back with positive recommendations on how they exceeded expectations. They wont try to add-on sell you and I trust them w/ their opinion based on the times I have mine and my family and friends cars worked on there

Horrible shop they took two hours to tell me i needed a new water pump i had an overheated car , i told them i needed a new pump and two hours later they charge me 30$ to tell me that it will cost 750 for a new water pump and serpentine belt, i dont need a new belt, i looked it up the parts were 70$ i had a buddy do it for 100$ dont go to this place this are the laziest slowest grease monkeys ever unless you enjoy being overcharged
