I brought my Audi S5 in to have the A/C checked and recharged. I let the service writer know the A/C high pressure switch had been replaced with an Audi-branded OEM switch. After a couple of hours, I received a call saying they recharged the A/C, but it was leaking at the switch. I was told I would be charged $186.00 for labor and an additional $290.00 to replace the switch and recharge the system. I explained once again the switch was brand new, and that it had to be the shrader or tire-type valve underneath the switch that needed to be tightened. I asked them to remove the switch and tighten the valve. I got a call back saying they werent going to do that and again the brand new switch would need to be replaced. I told them to put everything back together and that I would pick up the car as is. I paid the $186.00. I brought the Audi home, removed the plastic cover protecting the switch, which the Christian Bros. tech damaged putting back on, removed the switch and tightened the shrader valve. I installed the cover and brought it back to Christian Bros. for an A/C recharge. I was charged an additional $90.00. The A/C is not leaking and works great. Bottom line: Christian Brothers is not the place to take your Audi for work, even though they insist they work on everything.

I took my Dodge RAM in for service here and when I came in to check on it the next day there were 5 vertical scratches on the driver side door from where it had been rubbing against the support column of the lift. The scratches were grouped very close to each other only a few inches apart and all of them were vertical in nature. When I showed this to the shop manager he denied any wrong doing of the scratches even though one of them matched up perfectly with the column when the door was opened and even opened the door hard and slammed it into the column in front of me as he got upset. When I pointed out that the scratch matched up with the support column he said that he still didnt believe me and that it was like that before I took it in but would only take responsibility for that one scratch that matched up to the column. To add further insult the paint from the support column had rubbed off into the scratches and he just said that it was the reflection off the truck that made it seem as such. The auto techs all said that they had nothing to do with it and that it was like that when it got there. The name doesnt match the service and values of what being a Christian are. Calling yourself a Christian doesnt make it so, they are all Liars and Scoundrels.

My co-workers gas tank had a leak and it was a brand new car. She had it towed to the dealership, thinking it would certainly be a warranty item. They called and told her a screw had punctured her tank and that it was going to cost her $1200.00 to get a new one and that it would take up to 2 weeks to get one in because the car was so new they were on back order. That did not sound right or good so she called John Lopez at Christian Brothers Automotive who did some research, found a suitable replacement tank and got it in for her in just 2 days. Upon inspection, it was found that someone had drilled a hole in the tank so John helped her communicate with the insurance company as to what happened. He was also able to keep the cost down by several hundred dollars. I highly recommend John at Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone needing good quality auto repair work at a good price.

Weve taken our cars to Christian Brothers for over 8 years but my husband has known Bill for at least 15 years (from another auto shop). They are very friendly, professional, honest, and trustworthy. We know we can count on them to do a great job servicing our cars and in a timely manner. Businesses like this rely on positive recommendations from customers and we are happy to pass on our good experiences with CBA to any who ask for referrals. Peace of mind is important in the car service/repair business and we know we can trust Christian Brothers to be honest about work needed and fair with pricing, which is why we put our trust in them. Obviously they do things "right" or they wouldnt stay as busy as they do, especially as this location is surrounded by many subdivisions and other nearby auto shops. We highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on Grant and Louetta!

This was my first time taking my SAAB to this shop. The car had a clinking noise in the front end. I had gotten two very different estimates from two different shops. One of those shop estimates - Id discovered - overcharge me for a prior repair by $1,000; the second estimate provided lousy customer service just waiting for the estimate. So opted for a 3rd opinion and stopped by Christian Brothers for a 3rd estimate. SO GLAD I DID! The shop is nicely maintained. The waiting room was comfortable and smelled nice. Customer service was spot on!! They were already busy and offered a ride home. The final repair price was reasonable and the work fixed the noise. I couldnt be happier! I have finally found my cars new doctor(s) and theyre close to home. They have won my trust and THIS will be where I take my care from now on.

I sometimes work on my own vehicles so I thought I knew what the issue was and I requested a quote for the repairs I thought I needed. Scott said to bring it by and they would do a diagnosis to pinpoint the problem. Im so glad I did because my take on the issue was not completely correct and in the process they found an issue I had missed. I left the car there in late afternoon and was given a ride home via their customer shuttle. The repairs were completed by the next afternoon and they offered to come to our house and shuttle us back to the shop. The service was outstanding, the repairs were completed per the estimate sheet and we were offered shuttle transportation on both ends. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive at Grant Road to anyone desiring quick, honest repairs at very competitive rates.

I had looked into getting a older nissan titan from a local used dealer and wanted to get a inspection to see anything I had missed or couldnt see. Christian brothers made a appointment same day and didnt charge for a pre-purchase inspection. They went ahead and pointed out everything wrong that is known like the front difrental had a leak ( common on the trucks) to the fact that the shifter linkage wasnt attached. They also found out something id heard on plenty of cars for years and never knew, the part that switches hot to cold was on its way out and clicking and I had assumed it was just normal for the age. Everyone there was nice and prompt and it all took less than a hour. This shop is about a extra 10 min out from local shops from me but if I can I would definatly bring it back to them.
