I took my 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo to Lucas Auto Care based on a recommendation from a fellow owners experience. My car used to only go to the dealership, as when working on high end exotics such as these, you want only the best to have their hands on them. When I was told my water pump had a minor leak in it, the dealership wanted $2000 to replace the part. In comes Tyger Lucas at Lucas Auto care. My friend with a Gallardo had the same problem and recommended me to take the care to Lucas to have them look at it. Upon arriving at the garage, I had a good feeling as there was a Ferrari Modena on the lift and a Ferrari 360 parked waiting to be serviced. I was greeted by Tyger himself as he pulled up in his own Gallardo Spyder. He knew exactly what the problem was and told me it could be rebuilt for a fraction of what the dealer was trying to charge me. He even knew exactly what type of fluids the G car uses as there has been many iterations since 2005. This tells me the garage does not only repair/service vehicles. Tyger is an enthusiast, and this gives me the reassurance that the car will be well taken care of. I was floored when I got a call a few hours after dropping the car off telling me the work was all done. Typically my car sits in the dealership for a week for service. About a week after all was said and done, I got a call from Lucas Auto care asking if all was good......and it was. From now on, my cars are going to Lucas Auto Care. This facility is top notch( tools, software, mechanics, etc), fairly priced, and customer service is first class.

Stellar Service, Speedy Turn-Around & They Exceeded My Expectations. Everything was completed perfectly in a timely fashion, and they even did more than I asked for. I would HIGHLY recommend Lucas Auto Care. When purchasing my first Mercedes, I was aware of the particular maintenance, but what I didn’t take into consideration was the inconvenience of driving across Houston to a dealership, while waiting there hours for my car. After considering the laughable service fees on top of the maintenance charges, I decided to give Lucas Auto Care a call. Within walking distance of my home, I found a knowledgeable staff and modest pricing. My routine maintenance appointment was quickly scheduled in the morning, and they even offered me a ride home. Ashleigh communicated with me to confirm pricing before the work was completed, and by noon she was calling to let me know they were finished. I paid less than the Mercedes Dealership was charging, and the Lucas Auto team even went the extra mile to install my new plates and remove the annoying residue on my windshield from an old inspection sticker (which thrilled my husband because that was on his to-do list). The owner even called a week later to ensure that his guys did a good job. Wow, that’s service you don’t see much anymore! If you have ever wondered why the parking lot at Lucas Auto is always so full…now you know!

Let me first start off by saying that I run a european auto repair facility in Austin so I am in the business. I was driving down to Houston from Austin for a business meeting and my Benz literally died on my while at my hotel in The Woodlands. Being a shop owner myself I reached to Kirby and Evan over at Lucas to tow my car in and get it looked at. I thought the starter was out which they pre-ordered even before the car got to them because they knew I was literally stuck in a city far from home, waiting in my hotel room. Long story short, they got the car in and it was just the battery - they could have EASILY up-sold me, told me to replace my starter or anything else but they didnt. They found ONLY what was wrong and replaced the battery, not a whole ton of other things. This is truly how a shop should be managed and run. Great job guys and while we might be competitors in the same city, you all took are of a stranded Austinite and Ill forever share my experience with anyone else I know in the Houston area. All the best and keep it up guys.

Love Lucas Auto Care! They helped me get my little car back on the road when the dealership couldnt/wouldnt. I drive a Smart ForTwo...not the most common vehicle on the road. It has a known issue that happens to my year vintage. Took it to the dealership several times and all I got was repairs that didnt really need to be made and a service manager that wouldnt listen. Lucas Auto Care not only listened, but followed up on my shared research and voila! the car was repaired. The customer service and follow up are the absolute best! In fairness, I will say they are not the most inexpensive auto repair shop, but they arent the most expensive either...a good middle of the road price is the best way to describe the price range. That said, with such outstanding customer service, its worth every penny to have Lucas Auto Care see to your vehicle.

Very Impressed I had my 9 year Acura stolen last week and had luckily found in not that bad of shape. I think the car was driven hard, it came back to me making an awful noise. I sent an email to Lucas Auto Care Sunday when they were closed. They responded back the same day. I was able to get my car in for a safety check immediately Monday and within a 1 to 2 hour period they were able not only complete the safety check, diagnosed the problem and fixed what the theives had knocked loose. All that I was charged was for the safety check. They were very friendly. Being new to the area I thought I may really be taking a chance going to a garage blindly - after the courtesy and satisfaction of how they dealt with me and my vehicle - I would not hesitate to recommend them or if needed be a client of theirs again. Thank you!

I took my car here to get an alternator and a battery put in and they said i could bring the parts which i did. The charge they had quoted me was $75.00 A gentleman called ma and said they needed some time to look at it and then 4 minutes later they called and said it was done. I went in to get my car and not only did it not run but they charged me $400 dollars for the "repair" and "diagnostics" which they could never produce any write up on by the tech and i guess he was trying to talk down to me since i was a woman (even though i worked for an automotive repair place for 5 years and i am pretty well versed on how a Work Order is handled ) I ended up taking my car to the dealership that same day and not only did they overcharge me they also put in the alternator wrong. So Consumers BEWARE they are cheats.

Best experience Ive ever had I was just passing through Houston when my car began to have problems. I simply came here because of all the great reviews I read online. I was intimidated when I saw all the high performance cars parked in the garage, thinking they wouldnt look twice at me. I came in through the door with a clunker I dragged all the way from California and a tight budget. Tyger was willing to take time out and treat me with utmost respect and had a positive and honest attitude. I was treated like a close friend and left there with confidence and more knowledge about my vehicle as they explained everything ever step of the way. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again :)
