I’ve been using OZ Truck and Auto for three years now, and they continue to earn my business with professional vehicle repair and maintenance. The bottom line for vehicle repair for me comes down to two questions: (1) Was the work done right? and, (2) Was the price reasonable? OZ always nails this getting the repairs done correctly when they say they will, and the price is always right. Rich and Vance are knowledgeable and honest, and they have earned my trust. One more point about OZ that that I really respect is that whenever my wife has taken her car in, they never try to bamboozle her into a bunch of extra stuff she doesn’t need, and they don’t charge her any extra. Some places try to talk women into all kinds of unnecessary repairs or maintenance because they think women might not know about cars. Rich and Vance never pull any of that nonsense, and they take the time to listen to her as well as explain everything that’s going on with her car. It’s the one car shop my wife doesn’t mind going to.

They fix stuff for a great price. Not sure about the review that said professional. Id say Utilitarian. They have what they need to do the job. No secretary (mechanic answers the phone) and the schedule seems to be only in the head of 1 guy, and no customer area - just walk right into the shop with all the cars being worked on. BUT WHO CARES!? They have done a ton of work for me and an amazing price. Why pay extra to have a nice customer area and "free" coffee? Ill use OZ forever. P.S. theyve always warned me about how long I have to pick up the car before it gets parked outside at night, so the review complaining about that...they were probably warned. Keep up the good work at OZ!

I liked Oz at 1st my car was in and out just fine. My husbands truck however did not make it out so well. Not only was it not fixed it took them a month to tell us that they werent going to fix it, THEN when we go to get it towed out of the shop the battery was missing out of the truck and they say they arent liable. On top of that come to find out that about a month ago a friends husband had his car in there and his stereo and speakers were stolen, same thing, they did noting about it. Not to mention they never answer their phone. I wouldnt use them, unless you dont want your car back for a month and dont care if your stuff gets stolen.

I had this establishment reccomended to me by a few of my friends and due to the location I was a bit hesitant to trust leaving my vehicle, but I have never had any issues with the services provided. There is a customer friendly environment with honest mechanics that have fixed all my mechanical problems without hesitation. They took serious car concerns and put them in laments terms for me to comprehend. After being mistreated by the automechanic servises provided at Lube Stop off Wannamaker the mechanic assured me that they were trying to scam me into replacing both my front shocks and it was not nessicary. I always request Vance.

I took my pickup in that I had taken back to another shop 6 times and spent over $1,000 and still had the same issue. Vance diagnosed and repaired my truck the same day and the cost was around $150. The bad part was one of the very parts that the last shop told me they changed and charged me for. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
