Went in at around 3pm, Moriam helped me out, she was great, very friendly and fast. Tarren was the one that changed my oil, he did a good job and did it fast. They vacummed my floor mats too which was an unexpected bonus. I even spoke to another technician about how long it would take and he was friendly as well. Paid around $39 for a high mileage oil change, the had the regular oil change for less and a premium oil change for a higher price. I would recommend this location for oil changes. Thanks.

The workers do not know what they are doing. Inexperience people. Went in for a patch up for a flat tire, come out with unbalance tire that shakes my entire car because the tire was not balanced correctly. Takes forever for service and this is the last visit. I dont mind the waiting if the workers were professional, but they are not. End up with a hazard worse than before I come in for service.

Low prices but the wait time is crazy long. The gentleman who works in the booth is very pleasant but he is often by himself and he can only do so much at a time. The last two times I was there they were short staffed and very very slow. It should not take half day to change a battery or a tire.

Terrible service. Especially when u call for tire prices. The worker thought he put me on mute today July 21 2015 at 5:11pm ....and he said to another gentleman "this fool calling up here for tires he could have just checked online"

They should remove the word express from there name. It took 1 hour and 55 minutes just to greese 3 jionts. Absolutely ridiculous. Ill stick with the sugar land location
