IVE BEEN DEALING WITH GARY AND HIS CREW SINCE 11! MY FAMILY AND I WHERE HOMELESS AT ONE POINT LIVING OUT OF OUR SUVA SAD TO SAY IT WENT DOWN AND NEEDED REPAIRS. GARY NOT ONLY FIXED OUR SUV BUT HE DIDNT OVER CHARGE US LIKE SOME WOULDVE! GARY IS A REAL GENIUN PERSON WHO ACTUALLY PUTS HIS CUSTOMERS FIRST! NEEDLES TO SAY THE TABLES HAVE TURNED AND GOD HAS BLESSED US ! GARY WILL FOREVER BE MY 1 AND ONLY CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO REPAIRING ANY OF OUR CARS! Honesty. Thats the sum up. Ive been taking my cars there for about 7 years because Gary is always honest about the problem and if I dont need to spend money on whatever noise Im hearing (or whatever) hell tell me, "I can fix it for you but its normal and not hurting anything." Ive never compared their prices but I can definitely say I never felt like anything was overpriced or unfair -- especially given all the times Gary has saved me money with special service or advice.

I have my vehicle serviced here, frequently. Its high mileage, so theres almost always something to fix. Ive never had any problems with them. The prices are more than fair, and I have comfortable referred my loved ones here to their pleasure. The only reason that this is not 5 stars, is because I almost never get a call-back, letting me know that my vehicle is ready. However, to their defense, they have a LOT of customers at any given time. I highly recommend them!

Biggest mistake i ever made! The owner reaked of beer at ten am ,i took my car in for an oil change that took forever due to the fact that he was driving my car around to do his personal business i was lucky enough to see my vehicle at the store so i begin to follow him while he drove all around while leavin my car unlocked at every stop he made im making a complain to the BBB and speaking to my lawer i never felt so violated in my life :(

Bad Experience, Made an appointment with owner to work on my classic car with classic rebuilt engine and he said oh ya I have worked on these engines and i rebuilt them, dropped my car at 7:30 AM in morning and at 11:00 he calls and tells me I cannot work on it I dont know how to do it nor have the required tools. Could have saved me the trip and headache by saying NO when I made the appointment.

I have know Gary for almost 20 years and have trusted him to service all my cars even when I lived on the opposite side of town. Now, I live in New Braunfels, and I will still schedule any repairs to my cars with Gary because he is honest, does good work and always charges a fair and reasonable price. I wish I could find someone like him in New Braunfels.

The guys at All Auto are first rate. I have been there twice. Once for a oil change and an inspection and the second for a transmission. My car went in broken and came out THE NEXT DAY. I called two other shops and they couldnt get me in til the following week or as affordably as All Auto. REPEAT CUSTOMER HERE!

VERY Friendly service at All Auto Repair! They always greet you with a smile and ask how they can help you! All Auto knows how to fix vehicles the right way and in a timely manner! I highly recommend getting your inspections done there and take your car or truck to check out that problem youve been having!

This place is AWESOME! Ive been going here for years and Im definitely apart the repeat business customers who come into the shop for maintenance and repairs! All my cars have been running phenomenal since Gary has looked at them and serviced them! Id recommend this place to anyone! 5 Stars!

He sold us used parts and over charged us. The part wasnt even staying on the car. It was slowly falling off. The ac (Which we thought he fixed) didnt. When you get a new ac part you need to get a new tube for it(common sense for a mechanic you would think) But he didnt.
