Beware !! Jason will try to upsell unnecessary service just to get His bonus..He is a good liar I worked with CBA for almost 6 year but the main reason I left was because this company has changed alot, New owner are greedy and focused to buy cheap parts,hiring cheapest non ASE tech and pushing General Services employees to up sale unnecessary services. I saw a new employee recommending power steering flush and transmission flush the manager Jason (Eldridge) sold those services but services never have been performed also most of the oil change services the oil filter wasnt replaced from this employee I put this attention to the manager store Eldridge Location But He never said anything to this Employee then I took pictures and videos of this employee as a proof I contacted the Owner Brad Fink Same thing He ignored me because He was making money He didnt care costumer so I decided to contact Don Carr the company Owners Son But He ignored me too I guess because Brad Fink is His best friend, I Left the shop the same day because I didnt want work with a place that use faith to make money very dishonest, By the way same employee worked 3 more weeks later was fired because was stealing shop equipment but wasnt fired for stealing customers money (Karma)

I can not thank Donnie Haughney and all of the staff for helping me and fixing my car. My husband works out of town and my dash board light up like a Christmas tree. I brought it in that morning and they were so nice to give this stranded girl a ride to work down the street. He called and told me everything that was wrong and gave me a price. I had updates as the day went on. He had me fixed up and ready to go as I got off work. Came and picked me up, even gave me a little discount. As I was leaving they had my car parked right outside the door with a cold bottle of water for me for the long drive home. I had a smile on my face with tears in my eyes. I am so thankful and blessed to have Christian Brother who I know I can trust with all my car needs. Thank you so much and may God truly bless your business and each and every employee.

I will keep this brief. These guys are amazing. All of them. The station is clean and comfortable. They listen to your auto problems and what you want done. They ask pertinent questions. They don’t tell you what it will cost before they know what needs to be done. Jason in particular knows his cars and mechanics. He went into great detail to explain why what needed to be fixed should be repaired. For the most part I was ignorant about what he described, but I had no doubt Jason knew what he was talking about and it would be repaired properly. I have been driving many years and I have never felt so satisfied with the work done on my car. I am confident that I am in safe and stable automobile.

Ive been using Christian Brothers for a long, long time. The staff is very friendly and professional and the mechanics are certified and treat your car like its their own. The owners are top notch as well ! I wont ever take my car to another mechanic as long as Christian Brothers Automotive is available. They fix your car right the first time and in a timely manner. They have a car which can shuttle you to/from your home or office. Theyre genuine Christian employees and I cant say enough positive things about Christian Brothers Automotive and everything they stand for ! Give them a try and I guarantee this will be the only place you feel comfortable trusting your vehicle to in the future !

I brought my sons jeep into this shop based on the excellent reviews. I am sorry to say I was disappointed with the results. I am an informed consumer and I do my homework. I know how much the part is and how much labor is involved before I take my car anywhere. This time I wasnt sure of the problem before I took it in, but after they diagnosed it and told me it was the fuel pump and bad wiring to the fuel pump, I did some research. I soon learned that this shop was charging me for double the amount of labor required and top price for the part itself. I will never come back, and I will advise everyone I know in this neighborhood to avoid this place unless they have money to waste.

As a female it is nice to know you can go to a car repair shop and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. When my teen daughter started driving we took her car there to have it serviced and they gave her a business card and told her to keep it with her in case something ever happened and could not contact me. The other thing I love is how honest they are. I took my car there for something once and they informed it my car was still under warranty and the dealership could fix it free. Very fast service, always friendly and take the time to explain everything. They go above and beyond for their customers!

When i first hear about Christian Brothers i wanted to give it a try because i had heard that they did a wonderful job. I heard right. This is the only auto place i will use now. The staff in there is extremely friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like you are at home. I like to take my vehicles to Christian Brothers on Eldridge because of the quality of work and professionalism. They are concerned for the safety of your vehicle and I dont think they would "find" things wrong if they werent truly a concern. Also, the waiting room is not only comfortable but nicer than my doctors office! If you dont have time to wait (I rarely have time to wait) then use their complimentary shuttle service. If you work in the Energy Corridor this is the best place to bring your vehicle.
