This auto zone sucks balls had me waiting 45 min for a part witch they forgot to go get an then they decided to say they dont have the part while no one went to the back to look for it the girl side all be right back had to ask some one eals to tell me they dont have it bs ! Think it was just beacuse I was Hispanic but got more money they they ever will thats why yha work at autozon dumm ass nikkas/bitches hop some one gets fire an the girl was a maneger wtf..... they had the part the computer side they had it in stoc

I love this place. I do all my parts there. you have great customer service. Theyre not being pressured by corporate to sell. they have always been very helpful, and very informative. they go out of their way to help you. unlike xl auto parts , who seem to be snobby with you because your public and not commercial . the manager theres too busy playing with her phone underneath the counter, then to help you. so thank you autozone

They charged my debit card TWICE for 300$. Showed them the proof and they still refuse to repay me the extra charge but say "go see your bank". So now I have to wait until my bank opens on Monday to dispute the charge. These guys are crooks. I am furious!! Worst auto part experience ever!!

Called 3 times to get price on part got put on hold 15min.before hanging up and calling back,to get put on hold and forgotten about for over 20 minutes hung up and called back got same thing nothing,but forgotten about again.worst store ever. Ill call someone else next time.

Staff is not very knowledgeable. 1) Gave me the wrong part after he looked it up on the computer. 2) bought a new battery from them and asked a staff member to install it. He said it was above his level of experience.

The guy hooked up the code scanner and it read bank 1 sensor one and he sold me sensor to and acquired to tell me there was no " special" tool, witch would be a oxygen sensor wrench.
