Bad service!! First let me start by saying this is not the first time Ive used this Firestone Location, its my second. However, I should have learned from the last time. SMH Brought in my truck to get an inspection, oil change and rotate/balance tires. They said it would be two hours wait. Okay , no problem. After 30 mins they said it need wipers (which it didnt, they had just change them 4 months prior) and a fuel injection clean. Okay cool, skip the wipers but give me the fuel injection clean and a front alignment. They said it would be and extra hour. Thats three hours Right???? Okay...4 hours later.... No inspection done and no front alignment. Ridiculous! Lazy A** mechanic! Hes been in the break room. Be honest and say come back tomorrow because Im going to need a whole day to take care of your issues! I will never again use this location. To bad employees like this one is putting Firestone name down the drain. Ive been a valued customer for over 10 years. Sincerely One pissed off Momma that brought it in early so I can be home by the time kids come home!!!!

Horrible. Back in March of 2014 I took my truck in to a break job. I paid over $350 for all four tires. Immediately, about two weeks, I notice my front were making this loud noise. The kind of noise brakes make when they need replacing. I took my my truck back in about June of 2014. I just couldnt take the noise anymore. They supposedly looked at them and made adjustment. I was told that this loud noise was normal because sometimes brakes get dust or water in them. So, the noise continued until this weekend (Feb. 14, 2015) I took my truck to the dealership. I found out that the front brakes were not done properly at Firestone. In addition to being the cheapest pads on the market they did not install them correctly. Needless to say I will never let them work on my vehicle again.

Do NOT go here. Horrible customer service. I came for an oil change at 6. They already had the door locked. As soon as someone opened it, the blonde girl behind the register yelled out, "We close at 7." I was like its 6. She got an attitude and said they only have one tech. There was one car in the garage. She didnt try to give me any information or best times to come back. She didnt care. She was too busy kicking ppl out of the shop. Rude! I will never come back. This is bad business and judging by the reviews, they do not care.

I bought a brand new vehicle they had Firestone tires on it this location would not honor the warranty they wanted to charge me for faulty tires it kept leaking air every time the weather changed I will not ever go here again Norwell I buy Firestone Tires from anybody Ill stick with Discount Tires where its always treated with friendliness kindness they go above and beyond the Call of Duty and they honored the warranty on my Firestone Tires when I didnt even buy them there

Horrible service! The older gentleman in the front is about the laziest person I have ever met. I called ahead to see if he could align my car and let him know what kind of car it was. He said that he would be able to get it done. But after I waited 30 minutes he then came and told me that my stock height vehicle was too low and he could not do it. It was obvious that the car was not too low. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I pass two other firestones on the way to this one, and that should tell you something. This firestones manager was professional and great. Seemed genuinely excited to fix my car. They fixed my car for a price much less than I was quoted at other area stores. I will for sure be coming back.

Dont know what the problem is but everytime i need service here they always have an excuse or tell you that the work is gonna take a long time to change your mind about getting the service done . This is bad for business. Three hrs to rotate tires

Went in to get a lifetime alignment on my sons truck the old man that is in the lobby helping people is so rude. We asked if they would be sure not to scratch my sons rims and he yelled at me stating I cant make no promises. Just rude.

Have taken my work vehicles and my personal vehicle here. Always courteous and professional. Oil changes, basic maintainance, tires...no issues. I suggest calling ahead to things easier and stress free.
