I went there for only for a hair cut. Very disappointed. I was there first, but the owner of the salon tried to cut hair for the 2 guys who were there after me. I politely asked him if those guys had an appointment? Find out they were walked-in too. Now he decided to let me go first in a very manipulative way. He sat me on the chair, and asked his assistant (who only does eye brow threading) to straight my hair. I was scared because I can tell that it was not something she was feeling comfortable to do. The owner started to cut the guys hair, while I sat there for 40 minutes doing absolutely nothing. ( This was my second time there, the guys took me like I am Nepali and he does not have to offer me a good customer service because he is also from Nepal). Interesting thing, he charged me almost twice of the prize of the hair cut than last year. I was disappointed, but I did make the payment and I even tipped him for his horrible attitude and behavior towards me. I will never go there again. I could have used service near my home, but I decided to drive 30 minutes for insult and horrible service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a reliable, yet affordable, salon. I havent colored my hair close to 10 years but I decided it was time for a change. I opted for color, highlights, haircut, style, and eye brow wax. I was very pleased with the experience and end result. My hair turned out great! Judy nailed my signature look...the angled bob (a haircut that has been botched my many hairdressers in the past). She cut it exactly like the picture I showed her and was very meticulous when it came to getting it precise. Her colleague also cut my husband and sons hair. Both turned out great. She was very patient with my 19 month old son; he doesnt like sitting still and screamed the entire time. We are a very happy with our hair and consider Melody Salon our go-to place now. *As a footnote- there was a lady getting her hair done when I arrived and it looked fabulous! She was getting extensions and highlights.

Bad experience. I took my kids for a haircut (2.20.2017) a lady asked me to write down my name which I did I was told my kids where next. Then after waiting for 15 minutes another guy came in and the guy that was cutting the hair said something in their language and after he was done with his client the guy that came in sat there and started getting his hair cut. The lady looked at me and said your next to which I reply forget it we are leaving and not coming back here. Bad attitude and poor customer service. I felt that if you dont speak their language ur experience is not the same.

Took my son for a haircut and the guy edged him up when I specifically said not to. He asked and again I said no and he did it anyway. My son doesnt need to have pointed earhair, and edged on his forehead!! He left hair everywhere so my husband asked if he could wash it and charged him for it too. We voiced that we didnt like the haircut. They couldve at least done it free or given a discount. I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows threaded too, and guy didnt even do it right and didnt leave them even! Never coming to this place again

I really enjoy on facial at melody salon. I had to wait long because I didnt have appointment but I enjoyed. Thank you very much Anita. When i see other getting their haircut, hair color, it is fantastically good looking. best part is that they do, Asian, ( Indian included) European, African, Hispanic and American style. Quiet interesting it is.

I was visiting from CA and needed a quick cut between meetings and I got a real great one at Melodys. Hery was very professional and knew his stuff. I can say it was the best cut I have had in years. And for the price, I cant recall a better one.

The owner cum hairstylist is very rude. If you ask him to tweak your haircut. He simply starts running his scissors and comb like a crazy man! My head started aching after his haircut!!

Very bad attitude. I went today 8/18/2016 to do threading for my eyebrows and the lady messed it up completely. She didnt even say sorry. Terrible customer service.
