Wow, where do I start. Were driving cross country in our 95 Fleetwood Bounder, made a stop and did our normal walk around and noticed there was brake fluid coming from one of our passanger rear tires. We knew we couldnt continue driving as we were heading to California. It was Sunday, everybody was closed. Decided to sleep overnight at the local Walmart and start to call around in the morning. Nobody could get us in and some RV shops couldnt help us, because it was our brakes. BUT we found our saving grace! Mark and A& A Tire Service!! I told Mark what was going on and he told us to come in and they would take a look at it. We spent the day exploring the beautiful small town and they finished working on it right before close. They knew we were just passing through and needed it done sooner than later. So they got the job done! Now were back on the road! Fabulous shop and reasonable price. Highly recommend coming to this shop if youre a local or passing through and dont know who to trust. If I was a local this would DEFINITELY be my "go to" shop. That shows a lot about somebodys character, knowing we were stranded and getting us in. Thanks again 100x!!!!

I have been using them for years 20+ , you would think they would treat me right, not the case...i drive a century class freightliner in the oilfield, on my way for hometime i noticed a tire had popped off the rim from when i was stuck the day before, recommended a and a to my boss , they refused to mount the tire saying it had some chunks out of tread..( again oilfield) this tire was not that bad i explained we are getting new tires in a few days, they still refused to mount tire, They were very rude about it as well...so we were forced to buy a used $200 retread...whereas my boss gets new virgin tires for same..they took advantage of us and were rude about it...i will never go back to this place run by trailerpark hillbilly rejects with overinflated feelings of self worth...they gave up thousands of potential business to sell one used tire...never again...enjoy the 200 bucks .....stay away!

I went to have my alignment checked. They told me that before they could check my alignment that they had to test my battery. They claimed my battery was bad. I had bought my battery just months before. I told them I would take it back to the place where I had bought the battery. After I left Firestone I took it back to where I had bought the battery and they said it tested good. They even tested the alternator to make sure that was working properly. It was all good. The really unfortunate thing was that they sold a battery to the lady in front of me claiming her battery was bad. The lady was a senior citizen. Dont they know that it is both illegal and immoral to take advantage of seniors and women. Shame on them! They should take the sign down that quotes the founder of Firestone saying "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business."

Overcharged us for roadside help, claiming it was after hours even though we called nearly an hour before they closed (for help at a location just down the road). They made no mention of the extra charge on the phone. My husband went in to talk to a manager today to see if we could be refunded some of the money considering the circumstances (not to mention weve spent thousands there over the years). Not only did they refuse to work with us, they were rude and dismissive. I have never written a review before, but this was outrageous enough to call for it. We will not be back!

Horrible! Waited an hour and a half for a slow leaking tire. Twenty or so people came in and out during the stay. People were rude and did not ever ask if we had been seen. Almost 20 dollars for repair which is way overpriced not considering the amount of time we spent there. They didnt even put the right amount of air pressure in the tire when through. Do not go there unless you want to be mistreated, spend all day, and have to overpay for a crapshoot job. Discusted.

Given an estimate for a rear axle brake job of $250. Actual cost was $575. I was charged 8 hours labor which included down time waiting for parts. I will not be returning for any service.

One of the best places. If u where going to discount tires or A&A just save your time and go to A&A. If u go to Walmart to get your oil changed save all the hassle and go to A&A
