If I could, Id rate them 0 STAR! IM REALLY disappointed with the service department, again! Unfortunately, I have a hybrid with no spare and every time I get a flat I have to get Ford Roadside Service to tow my vehicle in to the dealer. I have long since replaced my original tires with new ones with road hazard warranty. But, Ford Roadside refuses to authorize my car being towed to where I bought the tires for free QUICK AND EASY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT! Instead, I have to wait around for 5 hours for them to send a tow truck to take my car in to Sames. Only so they can diagnose the problem and then send the vehicle to Quick Lane so they can charge me $25 to fix a flat or worse charge me an outrageous price for a new tire while my tire road hazard warranty pays for all that. So by chance I have a decent old tire. I pay them to install it while I can get the flat one to where I purchased it for repair. Not only do they charge me 15.00 to exchange it, they also tear through tire valve and dont even bother to check it for leaks. As soon as my wife drives off the warning light goes on for low tire pressure! I am now further inconvenienced because this was already after closing time. So I end up having to wait another day to fill my flat tire with fix a flat and rush it over to my tire dealer for repair! So what purpose did Ford Roadside Service and Sames and Quick Lane serve me? None, absolutely NONE! I paid a hefty price for my warranty only to see how useless it truly is when I need it most. THANK YOU FORD, FOR NOTHING! If I could, Id give them 0 STARS!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! JUST BOUGHT MY NEW VEHICLE YESTERDAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SAMES FORD WAS VERY ATTENTIVE FROM THE START. RECEIVED A NICE WELCOME BACK FROM JERRY S. :) **MY SALESPERSON WAS SERGIO BUSTAMANTE WHO WAS VERY GENEROUS AND CONSTANTLY ON TOP OF THINGS, THUMBS UP FOR HIM! RICARDO GAVE ME A GREAT ORIENTATION ON MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS AWESOME. RENE ORTEGON WAS VERY EXPLANATORY WHEN IT CAME TO SIGNING MY CONTRACT WHICH I LIKE. MOST OF ALL CONRAD THE MANAGER WHO ALWAYS WORKS AROUND MY BUDGET WHICH IS PRIMARY FOR ME. HE IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I KEEP GOING BACK.

They have the worst customer service, currently Im having trouble financially and behind on my payment, I called today October 30th to finish paying $150 from last month which was due in the 24th of Sept, and Mr Montiel tells me that I have to pay the past due and this this month if not they will pick up my vehicle, note after paying the $150 Im only 6 days late and they are threatening to pick up my vehicle, customer sucks because they have some very rude people working there, including Supervisor Mr. Montiel

Experience went as expected. I was greeted very professionally by service advisor Jorge Martinez. We went over the issues and he was to call me with prices before any work was to be done. Jorge did call me and quoted a price of $100. I had them do the work only to later find out that I could have had the work done for about half of the price outside the dealership. I was advised that my truck needed more work but I guess Ill look outside the dealership. Thank you Sames for taking care of the original problem.

I need to work lower my payment and had to sell my truck. They really helped me out! They gave me almost double what the true market value was for the truck and they gave me a lot of rebates in order to be approved by the bank. Great service and a great place to buy your next car. Been a consistent client for 20 years, and never had such terrible service. My 2013 F150 has been in and out of service for 4-5 times and the issue has not been able to be fixed. Even with extended warantee i was rejected a vehicle for rent. Unsatisfactory. Will be changing dealerships.

Battery died at only 2.5 years so visited Sames Service Department on Dec. 30 at 3pm. Lucky for me they were still open since they were going to close for End of Year. My battery was replaced since it ended up being bad and got a brand new one and was done within two hours.
