Ive had my tires changed here before on a 1998 Ford Mustang, the tires included a buyers warranty. A few weeks later, one of the front tires developed a small leak which forced me to refill tire with air constantly, I took it in for them to check and told me a bunch of lies, they began by saying that I was loosing air in my tires due to the change in temperature, although only one tire was losing air, I am no mechanic but I know enough, I do know that when the tires are hot the air inside expands and decompresses when the air is cold. I took my tire somewhere else and was told the valve stem was faulty, went back to Adalpe and refused to honor my warranty. On another occasion I took the same vehicle so they could change a burnt motor on my door window of the driver side, they said they would have it ready in a couple of hours, but instead turned into a week, they ended up losing some screws, charging me to replace them and braking some plastic parts, after I reproached them about the broken items and asked for a refund on the extra charges due to their negligence of losing screws they told me my car was old and thats why it was missing parts and breaking apart, they kept adamant on their charges and I have boycott them completely.

I called 3 min prior to showing up for an oil change. An employee said they had "NO wait for an oil change." He said they can do it right away. I ended waiting just under 2 hours. For one car! So, either the employee lied to me and there was indeed a line of people waiting (which I dont suspect is the case, given that no one was there when I showed up) or they have no idea what theyre doing and take over an hour and half to change the oil on a single car. Either way, its bad. Okay, so it turns out that they ran out of the oil filter for my car and forgot to update their inventory which is why they didnt catch it until after the oil change was done. (And presumably decided to wait over and hour to tell me) They suggested putting the old filter back and bring the car back Monday. Hell no. Not on a new vehicle. Jeez. Well, now it turns out they did have one last filter for my car. It was hidden in the back. So it took 2 hours to change my oil for no reason. Never coming back.

Went for a minor leak on my radiator. I own a dodge so I didnt want to take it to devine or alice due to the minor issue. (5 hours later i get a phone call) I was told by their staff that my radiator was tested and was not giving any pressure at all. (Really?? its a new truck!!!!) So I was told that it would cost over 500 dlls to replace the radiator but it was covered under extended warranty. I got worried so took my truck to devine and got it checked out at the dealer. Dodge dealer told me that it was a 50 Cent hose that was loose. They found the problem in 15 minutes and fixed it in 5. I felt so angry i will never take my vehicles there!!!!

The reviews are true. Customer service is non existent. Dont let the Goodyear franchise fool you. The counter guy could barely speak english and didnt call me to tell me they needed parts to do my alignment they just simply did not get it done from one day to the next. Spoke with the "manager on duty" and he didnt seem to care too much either. The thing is that Im in a similar line of business and this would completely be unacceptable for us. So much for the customer coming first.

I took in my sports car to get an inspection sticker and the car failed because the owner said my tires had cracks, (interestingly he sells tires).The problem is that I never use that sport car, and last year I took it to his place with the same tires and it did pass. I dont recommend getting inspection stickers here unless you drive a 2014 vehicle in perfect perfect condition. I will never go this place ever again. I also noticed a man almost left cause the prices seem high.

Took my rental vehicle in to check out a tire pressure warning light They quickly reviewed tire pressures. Inflated them as needed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. I am sure it helped having a rental car and the volume of business they get.from them Friendly service that took time to explain what they did and likely cause of the problem. A review of the menu board indicated average Rices for a retail service establishment. Easy access to and from McPhersom.

Took my vehicle for oil change service. A few hours later my "washer fluid level low" light came on. Checked my vehicle and washer fluid, coolant, and power steering fluids were low. This is supposed to be part of the oil change service. Took it back and manager was very courteous and took care of the issue but this is not the first time I have problems with their service. This will probably be the last time I use them.

Absolutely THE BEST place in Laredo to take your car for every need! Employees are very friendly ,knowledgeable , courteous , and honest . The waiting area is very pleasant and accommodating , and your wait time is short . It is locally owned and operated by the Aldape family that has serviced Laredoans for generations . I highly recommend it for any service you may need done on your vehicles .

It took a whole week to have the fuel pump changed out on my Camaro and I never got a call that it was ready. When I picked it up I noticed the fuel gauge was on empty and I know I had a 1/2 tank. The car is there again; it seems they messed up the fuel sending unit and/or sensor. On day two and still no status. Oh well, guess I need to call. Last time Im using this shop!

Took two days for an alignment and all day for an inspection sticker. One light was out on the front passengers side so I bought it at autozone for 14.00 and took it to them to replace. My car passed inspection, however they forgot to install the new light and charged me 15.00 for installing it. Had to go back to autozone to buy another one and they installed it for free.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The quality of the work is not good. I took my car in here two times for leaks and they could not fix it so I took it somewhere else and they fixed it right the first time! They are VERY expensive also, you are better spending your money somewhere else!

Had to take my car back three times for the same thing. All the work they did was half-baked. Took it somewhere else and it was fixed on the first try. They are incredibly expensive and do very bad work. Take your car anywhere else, just not here!
