I rented a car and the wiper blades were worn out on it. That was one of the scariest days of my life, as my 1yr old son was traveling with me, and when muddy water hit our windshield, we nearly went off the road. The associate that helped walked out to the car with me, pulled off the old wiper blades, retrieved new ones for me and locked them in place. I was in and out and had reliable wiper blades in less than 8 minutes. And it would have been shorter but technology these days isnt as quick as the young man who helped me. So thank you Napa! For having the wiper blades I needed and for hiring the right people who are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Oh, and my son got a Napa hat out of the deal which he still wears
