My family and I moved from out of state and almost exclusively took our vehicle to the local Firestone there and were very pleased with the service. After our experience yesterday, we wont be going back to this location. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. We went in for a routine oil change and were hoping to set up a follow up appointment from some work we had done at another Firestone. He refused to answer questions, he tacked on extra charges and didnt explain them and when we asked he said "we gotta get paid somehow." I have been taking our car to you guys for a long time. I know you dont charge $60 for a routine oil change on our little 2009 Toyota Matrix. We were asking questions about our A.C. in the car because we moved to Texas from New York and we want to make sure that everything is in working order for our 6 month old baby in the car with the heat in this Texas summer. We were only asking questions about it to get an idea about weather or not we should bring it back to them for service and he added a $10 charge to the bill! We were only asking questions and did not ask for anything else but the oil change and for a professional opinion on what needed to be taken care of at our next servicing. I was ready to walk out but then decided to stay and was able to use an online coupon. We like bringing the car to you guys but please do something about this horrible service at this location.

Made an appointment for 3:45pm, they didnt start looking at my car until 4:30pm. I was then given a sheet of paper that shows camber/toe/caster. The supervisor, Michael, informed me that if I paid $200 for 4 new camber bolts, they would be able to fix everything...which is impossible, caster cannot be fixed with new bolts (which was the main issue). I was then told that nothing could be adjusted until I got new bolts, also not true, toe and caster have literally nothing to do with the camber bolts. I declined the advice, and waited another 30mins for them to get my car out of the garage. I then took the paper I was given and brought it to Steve at the Firestone on Southwest BLVD. Steve explained the sheet very thoroughly and my actual issues to me, he then told me that there was nothing Firestone could do to help me, and advised me to several other reputable shops. I highly recommend avoiding this Firestone, and taking your business to the one of Southwest BLVD.

The staff is completely incompetent. I was just trying to bring my truck in for a tire rotation and they completely loosened my torsion keys. Has nothing to do with what I asked for and even worse I blew my shocks 15 min. after leaving. The t-bars were rubbing metal on metal and still they wouldnt even own up to it! They gave me the run around all the way to corporate. Before going here ask yourself do I want to do business with someone that treats me with respect and owns up to their mistakes? Or do I want to deal with some crony in a corporate office laughing at me as I explain my problem?

First time visiting, dropped my car off for an oil change and left for over an hour only to return and be told they wouldnt have time for it today, so I scheduled another appointment. I was never offered any complimentary services or discounts. The most recent time getting an oil change and 21 point inspection took over 1.5 hrs and was never told the results of the inspection nor was it emailed to me with my receipt. Also dont be surprised when your oil change total comes out to nearly $50

Everyone was very nice and polite. Work was done quickly. Great place to go, Ill be going back. Got my car aligned and I needed a new tire...they asked where I purchased it from, which was Sears, so they suggested I call to check if it was under warranty and have Sears replace it if so. Ill be going to Sears, but never would have thought abt checking warranty if they hadnt asked..very grateful they did ask.

This Firestone has a great staff!!! Took our Mazda 3 in here every time and theyve been extremely helpful, professional, and gave us great deals. Helped us get a GOOD replacement battery (which took a few tries!), replaced the alternator, and actually took me out to look at the tread on my tires and remind me to get my spare tire fixed! Robert is THE BEST! Thank you Firestone!!! :)

Called in day before showing up and dropped off truck at 8 am. ( truck was vibrating at any speed and a horrible howling noise coming from engine and told them to change oil while it was there)Received call that it was ready at 530 pm. All the retards did was change the oil! Most worthless place I have been.

Dont waste your time. Theyre very reluctant to honor their guarantees in any capacity, and even then wont honor them as written. And then theyll blame you for their shoddy materials and worskmanship. Long story short, they managed to screw up 7 times on 4 tires. Thats impressive, but not in a good way.

Amazing customer service, got all four of my tired warrantied for a fraction of the cost of getting New ones!! Mike is the guys to talk to up there. He did everything he could to get me the best option at the cheapest cost and did it willingly, will defiantly be going back for anything I need in the future

Horrible Service had my KIA for 2 hours and then decided they didnt have the proper tools to perform the alignment. If they didnt have the tools for performing the alignment they never should have accepted the reservation to do the alignment on a KIA to begin with. Avoid this business at all cost.

Made an appointment for an alignment. Waited an hour and twenty minutes and the truck was not looked at. I finally left. They did say that they would get to it soon but that was over an hour after my appointment time. Not impressed with this Firestone.

Got stuck with serious problems 800 miles away from my closest friend. They gave me a ride to my hotel and fit me in as soon as they could. They just had too many things ahead of me or I would have been able to get on my way. Nice guys.

I came in for a nail in my tire with road hazard warranty at 9 oclock in the morning and was still there after 2with a baby. Then they broke my tire pressure monitor and blamed it on me very bad service

Scheduled an appointment to have an oil change at 8. They didnt start working on my car until 9. Oil change didnt get done until 10. However they didnt charge me so that was nice.

Horrible...sold 2 bad tires. Came in for repairs...3 hrs later we leave with 1 new tire. Take it back the next day and 3 hrs later they didnt touch the car...
