"VERY BAD" Dropped my car off for tires and tires only. Everything in my car had been gone though from a cell phone I use as an I-pod to the things in my ash-tray. (Im sure the glove box and rest of the car also) Moved very adjustment in my seats and mirrors. Not just forward or back but lumbar adjustment, angle of tilt on seat, head rest. Also turned on my A/C. I do not believe all this is necessary to pull a car in for tires. Im also missing a center cap for wheels now. To top all this off I was told they call when the car was done....never did, I was told he forgot. I do have to say friendly staff, but I was looking for tires not friends that treat your car like there own!

Called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Showed up to 10 minuted prior to appointment time and was met with confusion. Once they found my information, I was informed that the wait time would still be 1.5 - 2 hours. I said, this is the reason I made an appointment... to which I was told that it takes at least an hour for the oil change and like 30 minutes for the rotation. Now, Im no mechanic, but have performed an oil change and tire rotation myself, and it sure as hell did NOT take me that long! I feel sorry for the folks that live in this area, apparently this is the norm around here.

I took my Jeep in for a State Inspection and arrived close to closing time. The service tech, Walker, took no issue with my late arrival and promptly took care of the inspection. I am a service member and having just got off of duty, was still in uniform. Walker left a nice "Thanks for your service" message for me in my Jeep. It was refreshing to see a business take care of me the way that they did, and show their support for the military as well. Employees like Walker are hard to come by...

Came here today, Sunday.... we were ready to get on the road to New Mexico with our travel trailer... had a flat... Went to Walmart... my husband was told HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE TIRE OFF the trailer!! Left that store and came to Kyle, TX Firestone... everyone friendly and extremely helpful... they pulled the tire off within 10 minutes of our arrival... repaired the tire, and had us back on the road within 30 minutes!! Thanks SOOOO much guys!!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. The tires werent out of balance, just doing it for maintenance purposes. After their service when I hit 50mph I now get awful vibration. Additionally they neglected to check my fluids or note/tell me if they did. My power steering is incredibly low. Definitely wont be going back since they cant even do the simple things correctly.

I found a nail on one of my wheels an hour before closing time on a Friday. Everyone is busy right before the weekend but these guys bailed me out despite the time constraint. I called ahead and told me theyd take care of it. Goes to show some big businesses still strive to satisfy costumer needs. Much obliged Justin and David P for the help.

Best service ever! Got serious tire damage on rear tires due to an aparent alignment problem in the middle of the night while on a road trip. Next morning walked in and they took care of me immediately even tho they had a few cars they were working on. They saw my need and gave me a really good deal. Recommend it to anyone.

This store is excellent, has great customer service and a very responsive store manager. Be prepared to drop your car off or wait several hours in a lot of cases because they are always VERY busy. That said, even in a situation like today, when I need a suddenly flat tire replaced, Im willing to wait.

Service average. Dont make an appointment. On two occasions I was told they couldnt service my car. Had appointment scheduled both times. Was told two employees called off both times. Is this the standard excuse? Lobby full of walkins .Bye bye Firestone Ill take my business else where.

I went there yesterday for a simple State Inspection. I waited for an hour and still saw no action in my car. So I asked for my keys back and went to a another shop to get State Inspection done. It only took 20 minutes to complete and that includes check-in time at the front counter.

Shady work... wont be coming back... I called 20 minutes after left to tell them I was coming back to speak with him the manager David...like coward left because I told him I was on the way. Sorry sir dont work customer service if you cant handle it.

I will not go into detail about how this Firestone ripped me off over $1,000 by lying about a part that was NOT broken like they said it was. Avoid Firestone all together, but this location is a death sentence for your car. Beware!!!!

Ask for an oil change and got home wiped it off with a napkin and it was black... Pictures to prove it. Its my third time there knowing they would do this to me... Im constantly trying to be optimistic in hopes of change....not here.

Best place i have ever been to.. we were traviling to mexico and stoped here because of a weird noise they fix it right away SUPER friendly and even stayed open late.. i would definitely reommened this place to anyone..

Dont go here. Twice Ive come and left with no service. Takes 3 hours to do an oil change. Some guy that a worker known needed a nail checked out and tires rotated and he took his keys real quick. Bad customer service.

The guys here are great and very friendly! I didnt feel at all like they were trying to push anything on me I didnt need. Also my car feels better than ever. Found my new mechanic! Randy and Justin helped me out!

Terrible. "Don" told me that my Jeep Wrangler NEEDED "PLANTIUM EUROPEAN" oil which was double the price for what I pay for. Didnt give me other options. Even told me any other oil will ruin the engine.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Once, I was told my car would be ready in two hours, and when I returned two and a half hours later, my car hadnt even been touched because all the techs "went to lunch".
