The Koepp Chevy dealership is the WORST place filled with thieves and crook employees. Normally I dont give bad reviews. I give the beniefit of the doubt, but they had too many chances. I bought my car there 5 months ago and everyday since then Ive had problems with the employees. Scratches that we were told would be repaired before the purchase were "fixed" and now I took it in to be repaired and just got my car back 3 weeks later. Jason the "manager" was never in the office conveniently when I got a flat tire in my first courtesy vechile (that had no spare tire) and then the next vechile had swarms of ants and broken blinkers. And lastly...when I returned the first rental I left a pair of boots and a full tackle box (I know probably my fault).. but when I went back to get it they said my boots were in the office, but the tackle box was separate and "locked in the mechanics office" and it would "be back" to the office around noon. ?? Excuse me what does that mean? So I get it back and open it to make sure it was all there. Someone went through it, scratched the paint off the top that had names and dates of the gift. Then I call Jason..again and I was told no one opened it.. then oh someone did but they didnt move anything.. (oh wait Im getting caught in my lie) someone had taken it home because they thought it was a trade in and someone left it. SOMEONE WENT THROUGH MY BELONGINGS AND TOOK THEM HOME. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Also I called Mr. Koepp weeks ago to get this taken care of and I got no return call from him. This is the only dealership in La Vernia and I would rather drive across Texas than ever do business with them again.

Our recent experience with Koepp Chevrolet was excellent. We searched for months and dealt with several dealerships with no luck and one bad experience. We decided to try Koepp and found exactly what we wanted with the help of Kevin Dainard. I told Kevin what we wanted and he had the Tahoe we were looking for ready for a test drive. Kevin took the time to explain in detail all of the features of the Tahoe which there were many. I appreciated that Kevin was friendly with a good sense of humor but was very professional and courteous. In the days following our purchase Kevin called to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we had any questions. I would highly recommend you go see Kevin at Koepp Chevrolet.

I bought a VW Jetta from Kevin Dainard. The check engine light was on which they cleared, thinking it was a soft code. After it appeared to be a hard code that indicated a replacement of the pressure sensors was needed, Kevin agreed that they would fix it. After numerous calls and emails, he was unresponsive. After finally getting a hold of him, he said he was waiting on a response from the manager Blake Benbow. After calling and emailing Blake Benbow numerous times over several weeks, he was unresponsive, not returning my emails or voicemails. The issue still has not been resolved after 3 months. They have only ignored me.

I love the sales department. The service department leaves much to be desired. I bought a new truck last year and have had several warning messages. Both times I called I was told it would be at least a week before they could get to it. I do not have another vehicle and since the truck is less than 2 years old I would not expect to be getting warning lights. The last one said "engine power reduced". I could not drive over 40mph and could not get to work as I was afraid to drive it. I will not be buying another vehicle from a dealership that I cant get service from.

I bought a used Chevy HHR from this dealer. The dealer refused to provided me with a second remote or key to the vehicle, refused to fix the hubcaps as they were beat up pretty bad from the carwashes (paint had faded / peeled off), and did a poor job at washing the vehicle before I picked it up. The car had water spots all over it. 1.) Key/Remote - you lost business over $150 bucks? 2.) Hubcaps - you lost business over $200 bucks? 3.) Carwash - Whatever the hourly guy is paid? Im in the the market for a new Suburban. Guess where I wont be buying that from!!!

Shame on me for not reading these reviews first. Took my van to them two weeks ago for service . They never called with updates. I had to initiate all the calls to find out what was happening with my vehicle. They were supposed to call me back today but nothing yet. Now I am sitting in their service waiting room to see if they ever figure out who I am and why I am sitting here.

Guy didnt try to help at all never tried to set up my appointment and tried to diagnose my issue over the phone and got the specs on my vehicle wrong and tried to talk down to me as if I was wrong and after I told the man Ill be taking my business somewhere else he chuckled and said thats fine I never recommend this kind of service to anyone!!!

Bought my 1st vehicle from them a few years ago and decided to come back to buy another, and the sales guy Clint was so helpful and wasnt trying to pressure us into buying like most dealerships. Was able to meet the owner and Sales manager who were really nice as well. Will be back to buy in the future!!!!!!!!!

Love this dealership!!! My salesperson Clint made buying my Chevy Colorado QUICK and painless. This morning I brought my truck in for an oil change and even the receptionist remembered what I purchased and that I got a ding from a rock a couple weeks afterward. Thats a small town dealer with heart :)
