100 Stars all around!!! There is so much I can say about this place. I recently had my bumper damaged on my dodge charger scat pack by the transportation company who claim they didnt cause it which they attempted to fix it with spray paint. I literally went to 8 body shops for estimates and trying to see about getting it repaired. Other body shops told me the bumper is not repairable and wont look the same and require a new bumper. All my estimates were $680 and up. I stopped by Quality Auto Body for a estimate. I started to speak to Alex and showed him the damaged. Alex gave me a quote that was reasonable and actually lower than everyone else. This guy is truly a hard worker and actually wants to earn people business. Its like I was part of the family. My car was in safe hands with him and I tell you he did an amazing job. It doesnt have to be a fancy shop to assure you that your car will be prefect. I read his reviews and knew Im in good hands. Right when I got home, I scraped under my bumper from these high Texas driveways. At least, its not noticeable and underneath because Im pretty sure it will occur again but if it gets to that point where its noticeable, you definitely will see me again Alex. Im coming to this body shop for all my car repairs and fixes that I need on my vehicles. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GIVE THIS BODY SHOP A TRY AND YOU WOULD NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED. Thanks Seville

I just picked up my toyota that was in for hail damage from these lovely north texas storms. I could NOT be more happy! I was stressing out because I had no idea where to take my car or how hard everything would be to take care of. Alex was referred to me and the process was so simple, I could not believe it! I literally dropped off the car, he had enterprise come get me, and I picked my car up a week later! He is so nice and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about him. I live in dallas and drove to lewisville and that was the only thing that was any trouble but TOTALLY worth it. Also, for anyone used to a fancy looking shop - do not judge this book by the cover. The work was beautifully done :)

*****HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! My Bentley was in a bad accident and was towed to the Bentley dealership for repair. After seeing the total amount they were planning to charge my insurance company, I decided to have it towed to Quality Auto Body shop to get a second opinion. The quote Alex gave me was a half of the amount the Bentley dealer was charging. I gave him the okay to get started and the rest is history. Alex and his team delivered exactly what he said they would. My car was ready ahead of schedule and look better than it did prior to the accident. Truthfully! Alex is honest, reliable and delivers exactly what he said he will. *****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The front bumper of my 2017 brand new X5 was damaged. I found out Alex and his shop from a neighborhood friend and decided to give him a try. Dont be fooled by the average look of the store front and location. I was hesitant for a while but am glad I went in. Beauty inside. Alex was friendly and direct to the point. I left my car on Saturday and was told to expect to get it back on the following Monday. Indeed I got a call Monday morning and was told my car was ready. It was beautifully done and the cost was really nice. This place will be my go to shop for auto body work. Thanks a lot, Alex and the team!

Not properly prepped or masked off on two-tone paint job led to overspray and paint chipping. Where two colors of paint meet the paint chips off easily with my fingernail. Didnt use a coat of primer sealer and sprayed base coat over primer they had sanded through which shows work underneath primer. Areas that didnt get enough base coat or clear coat. Debris in the paint that cant be buffed out. I was given an estimate instead of a receipt when I asked for one. I brought my car back two days after picking it up and he refused to fix the work.

Quality auto body has seriously gone above and beyond to help me and accommodate my needs when I had my accident. Customer service at its best. I was very pleased to know I had options and every request was handled with care and diligence. I would definitely pick it over other shops for any type of car or issue. I truly felt that Alex, the owner, discussed with me the best options for me and not necessarily the shop. Its very rare that shops take the time to explain things thoroughly and give you all options, not just whats best for them.

Probably one of the best services I ever had in the auto industry. After calling around and having the services quoted, not only was this establishment the most affordable , they also made me aware the previous establishment I went to embellished the need for repairs that werent necessary and explained why. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I would most definitely refer Quality Auto Body just for their customer service alone but the whole transaction from start to finish.. they basically made my experience pain-free.

This a great body shop! The service was professional and personable. The staff had a great working relationship with insurance company and handled everything (less stress for me and my wife). The turnaround time was fast and the work of high quality. The owner is a great leader to his guys and worked with us on overall out of pocket cost. Im giving this establishment 5 stars because it is well deserved. I brought my 2010 Honda Accord in for repairs after being told it was a total loss. Alex and his team did an outstanding job repairing it into looking brand new. The quality of the work is great and was complete in the time frame he quoted. I would highly recommend Quality Auto Body! Alex does excellent work at a fair price. They also do quick work. They will not sell you anything you dont need. I have metallic paint and he was able to match it perfectly without over charging for areas that dont need to be painted. Great job Alex!
