Think twice before you take your beloved vehicle to this place. I had a scratch at top of my Honda CRV2015.I had Geico insurance and ended up here using the Geico Xpress service. Positives: I was provided detailed estimates in few hours and was told that the job will be completed in 6 days. I was also provided regular updates daily. Thats the end of positive. Negatives:The job was done horribly bad, they fixed the original scratch however messed up the paint job elsewhere. Car was delivered all dirty everywhere. I ended up taking the car again and this time they said it will take 3 days, however it took them more than 4 days. They fixed the job, however there were other issues. The bumper and seats area was all aligned improperly. I ended up spending whole of my last day there sitting and getting fixed one item at a time. They will fix one and create a new one. So I had to inspect my car every time and make sure there are no other issue. This was very frustrating and waste of your time. My car headliner was all dirty with technicians dirty hands and sagging at multiple places, they must have tried to clean using some liquid. They quickly offered to replace the headliner, and asked to bring the vehicle again. However looking at the bad job they did overall and the bad quality control, I am not taking any risk and going back to get my headliner change. I saw some of the positive ratings and see that many have provided good ratings, but I am not sure. One thing is for sure, I am never taking any vehicle to this place, and also will never recommend to anyone.

Im a technician and deal with shops of all kinds on a daily basis. This is by far the worst body shop Ive ever dealt with. I was rear ended and took my vehicle here for repairs. I have several aftermarket add ons and expected some delay with the repair due to them locating replace parts. But to my surprise they couldnt locate parts like mine, so I had to do it for them. They told me they ordered the agreed upon bumper and when I went to see my truck they had put on another bumper and also didnt repair all the damaged items. It took much longer than expected and now about a year and a half later Im still trying to get fog lights put on that dont fall off after a week of driving. Ive filed complaints with their corporate office which helped none. Theyve changed service coordinators and managers since my ordeal has begun and Im still going through the same issues. All they care about is slapping a quick repair on your vehicle and kicking you out the door. Ill never use any caliber collision again that I can guarantee.

The service performed was second to none in quality and can I mention I never even has to see an employee for the work to get done as expected and in the timeframe promised. I dropped the car off at my convenience using the night key drop box and they were creative enough to figure a way to get me the car late on a Sunday evening when we got back from a quick vacation so my wife was never left without a car. Top notch customer car and most importantly incredible quality of work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will never take our vehicles to another repair center.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The staff is friendly at first to get the job, but they are not up front with you on what they will do to your car. When I picked up my car nothing on the car lined up like it did before. When I brought it to their attention they told me that was as good as it was going to get because insurance only paid for generic parts. I was never informed of this nor was I given the option to get genuine Honda parts for my vehicle. They told me that I would have to deal with the insurance company on this. They dont care about you. They just want your insurance check.

In a million years I never thought I would be "excited" about a body shop but Caliber Collison has now officially changed that. What a delightful experience and so pleasant. From the cleanliness of the shop to the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the staff, what a pleasant experience. I really cannot say anything but positive about it and will be back if ever needed again. I would make a commercial for these folks as they really are changing the experience and I 100% recommend them.

I took my wifes Mercedes in and they gave me an estimate the same day (Which was cheaper than all other estimates by a few hundred dollars). Once I scheduled my appointment, they were done sooner than expected and the car looks brand new, as if nothing ever happened. I would recommend this branch and the one in Denton, TX. as I have had great success with both offices (On two separate cars). These guys have earned my business and gained a life-long friend... Incredible customer service and perfect work performed on my wifes front bumper. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience as easy and painless as possible. I hope to never need their service again, but if our family does ever need body or paint work done again in the future I would never consider taking it to anyone else.

Took delivery of my vehicle 8/23 for estimate. Today is 9/1 and still no estimate. How can it possibly take a week and a half for an estimate?? They even towed the car to another caliber location to expidite the process and still cant get the job done. Seriously the worst expirence ive ever had from a repair shop. GET IT DONE!!!!!

Everyone involved in the process was quick friendly and efficient. Dallas was my service rep he got my car evaluated and in for repair same day. Rental place inside was great too. My car came back cleaned and washed. Hope I dont have another collision but if I do Ill be back no doubt.

This location did great work on my daughters 2013 BMW that had severe hail damage. Marshal & Terry kept me up to date at all times and even finished ahead of schedule. Work was excellent and I always choose to work with Marshal when I need bodywork. Terry was excellent as well.
