I have used Caliber (the Keller location) before, and have always enjoyed their high quality of customer service and work, but this experience is so much better than before. Any time in the future I need body work I will come to this location. Below is why. I was rear-ended on a Friday afternoon, on 820 west, while I was in the middle of a move. The gentleman who rear-ended me was at fault so his insurance paid for the repairs on my car. The rear bumper was beat up, hanging on by a thread, and needed to be replaced. Thankfully no-one was hurt. I set up a claim with Insurance and scheduled my appointment with Caliber online, the next day, on Saturday. They called to confirm and notify me (same day!) that the closest store to have an appointment open at my most convenient time (the time I scheduled online) was Bedford, and transferred my appointment from the Keller location to the Bedford location. Customer Service reps I spoke to (there were two separate calls) were friendly and very helpful. Sunday I made the decision to park my vehicle outside of my new house, instead of in the garage, because some friends are over and I didnt want to inconvenience anyone by asking them to move their cars. I left the vehicle outside overnight, (our new neighborhood is nice, and our other neighbors are all parked on the street and in their driveways) and go to move it Monday afternoon. That was when I noticed that the entire front hood is completely caved in. Someone (not sure who, but Im guessing it was one or more Teenager judging from the action and hand print sizes left on my vehicle) walked across and stood on the hood of my car, crushing it, before jumping off it. To say the least I was angry. Wednesday I take my vehicle in, an hour before my scheduled appointment, and the service rep (Steven) got me checked in and out on my way to enterprise for a rental car quickly, even though it was before my scheduled time. He was very friendly as well. I asked for an estimate for work on my hood, so that my husband and I could see if it would be worth claiming the damage on insurance. I received the estimate later on in the evening, before they closed at five. They estimated roughly $837 worth of parts and labor (a little out of our budget right now) so we decided to wait. My vehicle was finished on Friday, and I picked it up on Saturday morning. When I received my vehicle I couldnt believe my eyes. Not only was the rear bumper fixed, and completely spotless, the front hood crater was popped out, except for a few small dents near the headlight housing that were more "bends" at this point and would have left major holes in the paint on the hood. I spoke with the woman working the front desk, and she said they did it as a courtesy. I looked at the itemized receipt at the end as well, and I hadnt been charged for the crater removal either. I am extremely happy with the work that was done, and happy that the hood of my car looks way better than it did. I will take my car here any time I need body work and will highly recommend them! Now only if they changed oil...

I just picked up my car from Caliber and they did an exceptional job. You cant even tell that my car was involved in an accident. The staff is beyond friendly and they kept me up to date throughout the entire process and had my car ready exactly when they said they would. They helped me take care of everything, including my rental. I hope im never in a situation to need them again but in the event, I wouldnt hesitate to take my car here in a heart beat. They even washed, waxed, and vacuumed my car upon return. It looks as good as new!! Im extremely impressed with the customer service I received and the quality of the work. Thank you so much Caliber Collision!!!!!!

Had a front end accident repair in December 2014. My ongoing issues began in June 2015 when ac stopped cooling. This has lead to multiple return visits to shop where they continue to partially fix or misdiagnosis the issue, including replacing faulty ac fan, replacing valves, adding additional coolant and most recently replacing the ac condenser. Obviously returning repeatedly for the same issues are inconvenient and time consuming. This is compounded when you dont receive communication on the status of your repair (or attempt to repair shoddy repairs).

If i could give negative stars, I would have. First of all, there is no ethics in this place. When the lady named Kenya delivered the car to my friend, she did not have any courtesy to let us go on a test drive and make sure everything was fine. She was such a liar. Will never go there. On top of that, the manager shamelessly, yes, literally shamelessly demoted himself to walk away from trouble. I dont know how the management hires these people. Be ware. They just want your money. Even if the insurance company recommends this place, refuse.

I had a overall well experience, all the employees were very pleasant to be around and I would recommend for anyone needing a car repair. They ordered the part i needed and called me once they got it in, I brought the car up there as soon as possible and they replaced everything for me immediately. They buffed out a few scratches for me as well and they even offered me a free car wash after they replaced my side view mirror. If I need anymore car repairs in the future I will be visiting them again.

We took our 89 chevy celeberty to get the passenger doors repaired,because someone decided to turn left from the right lane into my wife. we told the people there that the car was my wifes mothers car and that we just want the doors fixed,the car means alot to my wife. the lady said she understood. a week later they say the can not find any doors and the car is totaled. it is amazing i just spent 45 min on the phone and found the doors. i will never use this company or refer anyone to them!!!!

When I had a car accident, I had no idea where to go. A friend of mine suggested this place and I do not regret a single bit coming here! The staff was so professional! The repair itself was very quick and reasonably priced. I wish I would have known sooner they are able to come and tow your car from the accident scene to their repair shop! I will always use their services, whatever the reason may be and suggest you do so as well!

I was told a week ago that they would call me back. I had to call them and then they told me they couldnt fix my bumper until two weeks from now? I was told something completely different from the guy who did the estimate. The receptionist then told me they do not arrange rental cars and they say they do on their hold music. I have switched companies and suggest that you dont waste your time here.

Courteous professional staff, exceptional repair skills, very high quality work. One block from Enterprise car rental, which makes the repair process much simpler if you need a rental car. There is enough drama with car repairs, its great to have someone make the repairs right, on time, and at the right price!
