Jacob and his team were absolutely AMAZING!! I wish there was more than 5 stars to give these guys because they are that awesome!! I took my Honda Ridgeline in after being rear ended, and they were great from start to finish. Jacob was very attentive during the estimate, listening to every detail I could give him, pointed out everything they would be doing, and even asked if I cared about the dealership decals from when I bought my truck. I took it in Thursday (Dec 29) before New Years Eve weekend, and got it back the next Thursday (Jan 6). He called me just about every day to give me an update, and even asked how I was liking my rental. But of course the guys were ahead of his estimated time frame for me to get my truck back (Saturday, Jan 7)!! It also looks like they gave it a once over wiping down the interior!! Everything was exactly where I left it when I dropped it off, and my baby is driving like nothing ever happened. He was very knowledgeable about the after care of the paint and clear coat, and the life time warranty of the work they did. I am highly grateful for them working so hard to get my truck back before this weekends "snow" aka ice storm. Those guys defiantly deserve a raise for all their hard work!! I would HIGHLY recommend, and use this Caliber Collision anytime I am in need of their services. This location has a life time customer!!

You have a lot of options when it comes to paint and body work in the D/FW area. I have had multiple vehicles repaired by Caliber Collision Center, multiple locations, and you could not hope for better service. Outside of the top shelf customer service, the paint and body work they do is next level quality. Several of my vehicles had tricky pearlescent factory paint jobs and they matched them perfectly using OEM paints. If you happen to find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to have your vehicle repaired then rest assured knowing that Caliber Collision Center has their act together when it comes to every aspect of your repair and individual needs. I hope I never need another vehicle refinished / repaired, but if I do there will be no debate about where it will be taken. Thanks for your dedication to your trade and we appreciate feeling like part of the family from the time we drop off to the time we pick up our vehicle. Would NOT recommend this shop. I took my daughters Mustang in for repairs on the front end. The workmanship looked ok when I got it back and we were initially satisfied with the work and people there. We noticed that the paint started to chip on the bumper shortly after we had it back. I called and they said to bring it back in. We waited a little while and then noticed more chips and cracks in the paint. After taking it in, they told me that it was from her backing off of a parking block in the parking lot and it caused the cracks and chips. Now I can understand if we only had one place that was bad, but there were 4 different spots that this happened to! They basically told me that they could not cover that under warranty and we would have to schedule for it to get repaired. Funny how those things never happened with the factory paint?? Based on this, I would not recommend these guys since they dont seem to want to stand behind their work.

Not a fan of this location. They seemed professional enough in the beginning. USAA sent me in to get an estimate. I left the car there to be repaired. They found more damage and USAA wanted to total the car. I declined, picked up the car and took it to another place. Doug, the manager here took a full day to tell me they would not repair the car based on a contract with USAA. When I picked up the car, it was not completely put back together and still had all of their paint pen marks on where the damage was to be repaired. I spent an hour in 96 degree heat wiping them off today. My mother always told me to give something back in the same or better condition. I think they need to follow the same advice. Be prepared to pay more, wait longer, and hope they call you back while you wait. I wasted a whole day after 4 calls before I was finally told they would not do the repair. Extremely unprofessional!

When my truck was taken to caliber collision it had a full tank of gas, I received the truck back on empty they fixed my front windshield and still less sticky residue on the windshield as well as not putting screws back in little parts below the windshield I missing screws out of the black cover and also my back license plate cover is missing, my from bumper is still crooked and in the bed of my truck and look like they either had some kind of thing that was rusted sitting back there and my back tailgate look like it was left down and had something heavy sit on it I really wish I wouldve taken more time walking over it with the customer representative but it felt as if they were trying to push me out the door, and the truck was returned to me almost 2 weeks after the date that they given me that is would be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone to get Any repairs done

Sour taste: I took my car in for hail damaage. They advised the hood would need to be replaced and it would take a week. A week came and went...I had to call them for an update...they advised the hood was on back order and would be in the next day...I called 2 days later...once again they claimed there was no hood. I wait ANOTHER WEEK...again I had to call for an update. They advised magically the hood was in and would be done by end of busines.. ..2 days passed...I had to call them again... Supposedly my adjusted was transferred..and they NOTICED there was a dent they didnt get out they would be another 2 days! ...This because a 3 week process, for damages that werent even noted...AND I believe they were driving my car at their own lesiure...and RAN TOLLS...needless to say if they were I will be suing...this was a horrible experience for me.

Took my Ford Edge in for repair deep scratch and a dent in the rear door. They gave me the lowest estimate of four shops. They said it would take five days, but they finished in three and a half. They called each day to give progress reports. These people are true professionals. The entire area is kept very clean. They dealt directly with my insurance company and saved me that headache. Also, the paint was matched and blended in like new. Could not tell it had ever been damaged. I will definetly use them again should the need arise.

I really like this group at Caliber. I took my 6 month old car in, it was due to be picked up and they had it ready, I couldnt get there until late the next day. When I arrived my rear brake light was out (nothing they did it just burned out) one of the guys came out and not only changed it for me but handed me a couple extra bulbs. They noticed that due to an overnight shower my car was a bir dirty so they ran it through again so that it would be clean for me. The work was flawless! I would use them again!
