I brought my car in for hail damage from the March storms. I purchased my car brand new less than a year ago. Aside from dropping my car off, I had to come back numerous times so they can fix things that wasnt done right. There were visible dents when I first arrived for my initial pick up and deep scratchs on the chrome trim which was not there before. Hence, I refused to accept the vehicles. Six days later, on a Thursday, it was done. I was busy at work, and wasnt able to pick it up until the next day, which was Friday. They harassed me and said they were obliged to tell my insurance company it was ready if I didnt pick my car up immediate...my thinking is, if calibre had repaired my car when it was promised the first time, they would have been paid a week ago! I returned multiple time after picking up my car as they failed to connect some of the wiring for the lights and vanity mirror, they busted a wood trim from the passenger handle when they took the panels off, they didnt tuck the fabrics on the ceiling of the car properly when they removed the door trim, my seatbelt was missing a part that keeps it from tangling when you activate the seat belt, and the most annoying part is...my front passenger door rattles when you shut it...again this is due to not properly placing the panels back after take the dents out. I told the servicing rep and he insisted they never took the paneling off of my front passenger door because there werent any dents they had to repair on that door.... My paperwork from calibre says there were dents on that passenger door that was fixed...so theyre either falsifying paperwork for stuff they didnt do or the rep just lied to me....nonetheless, their work now is below par. Ive been to this location once before so therefor I tried it again... But definitely something has chance from my first visit three years ago. I WOULD never do back.

Do not have these people work on your car! While they seem to have good intentions on the customer service end of things their attention to detail is beyond pathetic. They had our Nitro for almost two weeks didn't replace all the damaged pieces of trim and upon closer inspection every piece of trim they touched was loose. It was also filthy and to see how the repairs looked I had to wipe it clean first. After leaving it for another day to tighten everything up and replace trim I arrived to find it all still loose. They claimed that they had our car detailed for our inconvenience but it was still filthy on the outside and while the interior was fairly clean the carpets were soaking wet and shortly after leaving I found that te interior was detailed to clean the sanding dust out after some moron left the windows down in the body shop. This was evidenced by the dust blanketed sides of the front seats that the "detail" guy didn't wipe. Overall I give these people 1 star because google made me.

Do not use this location or this company will have had my car 2 months in 6 days. I have had to return it 2 times due to the fact that they are unable to get it done correctly. My insurance highly recommended them and now I might just have to find a new insurance if they think this pathetic excuse for a company should be recommended. I have dealt the manager of this location Mr Luke Jolly who has a great demeanor until you call him out on his bullshit. I was given my "fixed" car without my alignment even had being done correctly and my trunk wasnt even put on all the way. I had dings all over my car it wasnt even dusted off before they gave it to me. My family and I have already looked into legal council for the workmanship, the time off work, and the just pain bull I have had to go through. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and sadly enough I am still in a rental. I will make sure and let EVERYONE I possibly can know the horrendous experience I have had.

Well, I hate to be a loner, but these guys did a really good job on my vehicle. I mean, I have to agree with most of the posts, they had my vehicle 24 days, I was crazy weiry, especially after reading everybodys posts, but Lee kept me in the loop regarding the process of repairing my vehicle the entire time. What more could I ask for, integrity and transparency goes a long way? I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the results of such a long wait. I wont have to take my vehicle back for anything and, really, my vehicle is better looking than it was before I took it to them. Meaning, nothing was done to it while in the shop. Same condition, like I said, even better. So, I cant complain. Im really happy with their work and services. Thanks, Lee and to whomever had a hand in returning my vehicle to me looking the way it does. They even detailed it...inside and out.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I had a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and I was told it would be fixed it 8 days they will lie to you and tell you it will be fixed the following week I have been told this 4 times its been a whole month and still no truck. Also the 8 days they said it would be fixed they didnt even move my truck for 7 days!

Very poor customer service and follow up completing the repairs on my car.It has been 8 weeks now for a small piece of trim. Every time I make an attempt to inquire about this item, Im told I will get a call back.Still waiting. I am going to advise my insurance company not to recommend this repair facility.

I had them replace a damaged trunk lid on my Ford Taurus. They had it done in less than 2 hours. I would definitely do business with them again.
