I took my car in because my fuel door was keyed. Because I have previously had a good experience with Caliber in Corinth, thats where I took it thinking itd take no time to get it repainted and have my car looking good as new. My review is for Caliber Collision as a whole, Marc (the guy supposedly taking care of my car), and his manager John Asikis. I took my car in first thing on a Wednesday morning, they took my fuel door off and told me itd take half a day once they got it in within the next couple of days. The following Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from Marc stating that they couldnt match the paint and that I needed to bring my car back in to get a better picture to match the paint. I took my car back that Thursday and was told it would be done in half a day. It has now been a week since then and I still dont have my fuel door. I have been patient up until the 2 week mark. Its not a crucial piece of my vehicle, but I also dont live or work in Corinth and so Im having to make a trip every time I drive out there. Yesterday I e-mailed both Marc and his manager, neither of which has responded, asking what the status was. Yesterday, since there was no response, I called and found out that Marc was out, however, apparently no one else is able to do any work or serves as backup when he was out. I was also told he would contact me first thing this morning and he never contacted me. After calling and sitting on hold for 10 minutes I finally spoke to Marc who spit out a few excuses about being out of the office and people being at school. If everything shuts down because the shop doesnt have adequate staffing, that is a symptom of poor management. If Marc doesnt attempt to communicate the status of a job that should have taken half a day to complete, whether it is his fault or not, that is a symptom of being a poor employee.

If you are looking for a body shop that produces quality results and has integrity you wont find it here. Upon the advice of my insurance carrier I brought the car to these people, they (the insurance company) assured me that the work would be done right and these people were trustworthy. When I dropped off the car I asked to see the parts that were replaced when picking up the car, I was assured that this would be done. When it came time to pick up the car they couldnt produce some of the parts, they were of course not replaced they were merely dressed up to look good. The paint didnt match on the repair to the rest of the car. They repainted the part, still it didnt match, they repainted a third time and it still didnt match. Truthfully, I dont think they repainted the part, they just said they did. In the end I reported the company to the Department of Insurance, I alleged fraud in that they charged for a new part and merely cleaned up the damaged one. In addition my insurance carrier took the car to another body shop and replaced the painted part with a new one and they are painting the new replacement part. Because they guaranteed my satisfaction with their recommended shop they got to pay for the repair twice. It probably cost them another thousand dollars. Still, it was a miserable experience and all because the incompetence and dishonesty of this shop. Stay as far away from these guys as you can if you value your car. Best regards to all.

My insurance company pointed me in their direction for some hail damage. It was a very smooth check-in process, and them having car rentals there was a plus. It took us about 20 minutes from walking in the door to driving off in the rental. They had initially told me about 2-3 weeks for the repair, which I expected because of the extent of the damage. They got a little optimistic and called us early saying it would be done, and it ended up not being done. But I didnt mind, the reason it wasnt done was they found some more dents they couldnt see because of the white paint. While they ran into a couple of snags (the windshield got broken and they lost my antenna), it didnt affect me and they took care of everything. Im very impressed with the results and would gladly go again.

I had an appointment at this location this morning. I met with the Geiko rep, Brian, and the Caliber Collision rep Jason. Brian was awesome. Jason was not. Basically refused to give me a quote on some prior damage which was two door dings I wanted to take care of at the same time they were painting the front bumper. He said he was to busy to even quote the front door dings. After I told him that I would be taking my vehicle somewhere else, he all of a sudden had time to quote the other work. No thanks. This place is definitely not customer service oriented. The Geiko rep did give me a quote on the doors. Took him about 5 minutes. The place I visited next was happy to take care of the doors with no hesitation.

Completely incompetent! Went in for hail damage -- showed up early on a Saturday morning to do estimate and schedule work. Came back first thing Monday morning as agreed to drop off car and they had no record of me even being there despite the fact that I was holding the printed copy of the estimate in my hand. They didnt have me scheduled and the rental car not available -- called my insurance company to verify all the info and even went back to Caliber the same day and they told me that they filled up their schedule and couldnt service my car. Dont waste your time, or find someone else there besides Jeremey Terry to work with.

Jason at Caliber was blatantly rude to me on the phone even though I had planned to authorize them to make the repairs. He actually suggested that he didnt want to work on my vehicle, then backpedaled some and claimed they had too much work to take on a new customer!? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. I am taking my vehicle off their lot today. The GEICO Adjuster offices in the same building, just called me and was taken aback as well; that it was unlikely to be true and there was no reason he could imagine why Jason/Caliber would turn down business.

The staff here are the best. Friendly and knowledgeable. Came in to rent a vehicle while my wifes car was supposed to need repair. As it turned out, the fix was less than our deductible. Which saved us time and money. Ronda at the front desk was so nice and great conversation. Also, helped me find a potential roofer lol. Jason, with his keen eye spotted that the "damage" was far less than what Maaco quoted us for. You must visit and get the job done here. Very honest staff. No joke. Thank you Caliber Collison.

Beware!! they dont use the cars manufacture parts! My experience seemed great, car was repaired and finished on time. I thought everything was great. Six months later I hear a noise and took my car in to check it out. My drivers side stabilizer bar end link was loose. It was an "aftermarket part" NOT covered under warranty. They only billed me for labor, but now I wonder where else I might get a surprise, and what will not be under warranty if I ever need work done again. Pat A
