The customer service at this location cant be beat. I had a terrific experience with Chris Hylton, who kept me well informed of where my car was in the repair process and how long it would take to complete. While my car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, it was more because the parts were delivered late. The only surprise was the speed with which they completed the car once the parts arrived - great service! Whats more, when I finally got my car back, there was a small spot on the upholstery, but Chris told me they would do whatever it would take to take care of it. A couple of months later when another one of my cars required a little work (including a part that retailed for over $150), Chris did it for free. Hows that for outstanding service!!! If only all auto-service shops offered this kind of a customer experience!

I was in an accident and was quickly able to get an inspection and estimate through Geico and Service King. I was nervous about the whole process as this was my 1st accident but they were very friendly and handled everything for me, which was a relief. With an Enterprise rental car in the same complex, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They repaired my car on time and throughout the process provided updates via on the status of the repair. Upon pick-up my car was in great shape and was as good as new. They replaced my hood and after the repair, my wind shield wiper fluid was not working so I brought it in and they fixed it right away, free of charge. In general, this Service King will treat you like a king, make the process easy and simple, and most importantly, they do a great job.

Lack of customer service and knowledge of painting. Front bumper and drivers side fender was resprayed after an accident. Not only was I not greeted properly when I was picking up my vehicle 1+ week late than promised but vehicle was very dirty inside and out. Before Service King touched my vehicle it averaged 30 mpg, afterwards it dropped to 23 mpg. Definitely was taken for a joyride. After meticulously cleaning it, I discovered scratches all along the lower front black plastic bumper. There was overspray on hood and grill. Not only did they not bother to remove the front bumper when painting but didnt bother to tape off the black trim or at least open the hood.

Ive heard good things about Service King in the past and this was my first experience working with them. My service advisor Ricky Huey paid great detail to my service needs and was very professional. I was notified in a timely manner and was always invited to come check on the progress in person. Ricky paid great attention to the quality of the return of my vehicle. Needless to say they returned it in better shape than before I had the accident. Bottom line is I would recommend the Grapevine Service King to everyone because of the quality of their work and the exceptional customer service.

Worst experience EVER I got into an accident on April 19 and they still have me car. The first guy who had my case didnt order the parts needed for almost a MONTH!!! Now every time I call I get one story or told that it would be ready within a day or two and then I get told they are still waiting on parts. Well now it wont align because the techs didnt put my car back together correctly and instead of rushing it to get it done its just sitting in their lot. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.

This was a great experience from the moment I walk into the office the young lady greeted me professionally making me feel very comfortable to the service Brian Johnson & his staff provided it was exceptional !!! Should their be another need for their service Ill be sure to ask my insurance co. to approve them for the work. I have already spoke to all of my co-workers about the experience and have recommended to everyone to use Service King in Grapevine and dont forget to ask for Brian Johnson!!!

In order to fix a paint issue by back window, they spent six weeks to fix it. When I picked truck up, they basically messed up every corner of the bed. When they removed bed, they chipped the factory paint in at least 6 places and messed up spray in bedliner. They also left a hand print on side of cab. Not only did they leave the truck in worse shape, left left bed loose and fuel filler neck loose. Another 6 weeks now and Im going to get my truck, but still unhappy

Absolutely TERRIBLE place!!!! They are crooks! What ever you do DO NOT take your vehicle here! I had to take my car in and this place was preferred by my insurance. They didnt do the work they were paid to do, right and they damaged my car instead of fixing it. I returned it to them to fix their mistakes and AGAIN its damaged in new places! Please dont make the same mistake I did and take your vehicle somewhere else!!!

My car has been here for more than 30days. Unbelieveable right? They keep telling you it will be ready in a few days, dent repair, painting, etc etc. Those days come and go. Can you imagine the cost for the rental car? Insurance wont pay for a rental for more than 30 days max. This has been the worst experience and i will obviously never bring a car here again.

Amazing. Service King was booked crazy due to hail but since I was willing to drive to a farther location they got me in and got me out as quickly as possible. Always stayed in contact via text (per my request) on updates of car status etc. Go to Service King in Irving. They are all nice, but I personally worked with Terry who is just awesome.

the worst customer service Ive ever seen, the staff is unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. If you want more issues than you started with and a shop that denies accountability and wont guarantee their poor quality work then you should take youre car here. If you want a better experience..... Go some where else.

Great work and excellent customer service. I read reviews for multiple Service Kings in the DFW and drove a little further to go to this location. It was worth the drive. My car was fixed within the week. A friend with similar damage went to the one on 3910 West Airport Freeway, they said three weeks.

Brian, Paul and the guys in the shop really took care of my car. It looks even better now than what it did before it got damaged. It wasnt exactly 100% perfect the first time I picked it up, but they all went out of their way to make it perfect. Kudos to everyone there; Im a very satisfied customer.
