My Jeep got side swiped so I took it here. I give them 1 star because the work they did was ok but it was harder than it should have been to get them to fix everything. They missed my broken fog lights despite them being in my car. They missed a big dent in my exhaust from where my front drive shaft hit it and when I showed it to them they tried to tell me my insurance claim was closed and they wouldnt fix it. I finally convinced them to fix it but what they did instead of replacing that section of exhaust was to cut out the piece that was dented and weld on basically a patch. They didnt remove the O2 sensor right next to it so I had to replace it myself. They had to replace my front axle assembly but the used one they installed leaked and they tried to tell me there wasnt anything they could do about it. I finally convinced them to check on a warranty from whoever they bought it from and it eventually got fixed. Now, to this day my front end has a wobble in the steering at certain speeds that it never had before and they just looked at me with a blank stare like I was crazy for expecting them to fix it. The first time I picked my car up one of the brake dust shields was scraping against the wheel so I immediately took it back and they bent it back out of the way. Long story short, for the most part they eventually fix your car but they make it harder on you than it should be. Ill never waste my time with them again. Ill go somewhere that I dont have to argue to get the job done right the first time. Update: My issue isnt with used parts. My issue is that you failed to thoroughly check them out before installing and you acted like you werent responsible for the parts you installed. Also, you incorrectly diagnosed my suspension issue. Ive checked my ball joints myself and by two other shops and no one else seems to believe their bad so I cant trust your diagnosis. You shouldve caught the brake dust shield, fog lights and exhaust damage the first time before returning the vehicle to me. That just shows that you didnt do a good job of inspecting my vehicle to begin with. The customer shouldnt have to diagnose their own vehicle for you. Thats pure incompetence and laziness. You wouldnt accept that kind of service if you were the customer so why should I?

So I guess this company doesnt want too many people to know how bad their service is by deleting the reviews they dont favor, but thats okay. I just want it to be known that the actual service given is trash. My truck sat in the lot for months, every time I would ask them to call me on an update it was always "sure thing, well call you by the end of the day" and I never got a call from them. They even lied about "calling your daughter multiple times" when she NEVER had a missed call or even a message from them?? When it was time to pick my truck up, the tire balance (the biggest problem that the truck had) wasnt fixed, and Terry was worried to send me out with the car because "air bag light was on", is it because she knew I was likely to crash with jankety tires?? Probably. When I asked them to fix that, my truck remained at the lot for 2 weeks and when I came to pick it up they said "its the exact same way you left it" that same day we managed to get the balance fixed in literally 30 minutes, so its not that the task was too hard, they just cant own up to their business. Dont come here if you have another option, they take WAY too long and they wont even finish the job.

The workmanship was good. But there was no communication. I was told on Saturday it would be done. Called Wednesday and was told oh ya its going to be another week. Then I finally pick it up and there were several old parts that were replaced on the floor also my car was covered with dust from body work. They didnt even attempt to clean it. Now I have to take it to get detailed! I will be calling Monday morning when they open and asking them to foot the bill.

I cant complain about the work they did. It was great. Their service was a little less than I hoped however. I never knew how my repairs were going (other body shops would give me regular updates) and when my car was finally ready, they called me at 3 pm on Friday and said oh by the way we close at 6 and arent open again until next Tuesday. Overall, not terrible points since the repairs themselves were great.

Our van was severely rear-ended by a Tahoe 2 weeks ago and Pro Care has been incredible in working with us, with the Tahoe drivers insurance provider, with a local dealership to get us set up with a rental, everything. Kevin is our main point of contact. Great team overall, great service, regular communication and updates on our vehicle. This is a best-in-class shop.

I have had to use Pro Care Collision a few times over the past ten years. Unfortunately, they know me better than I would like them to. From hail damage to collision repair Kenny, Kevin and Lauren have always taken care of me and my family. I dont live in the area anymore, but still take my cars to them as I know I can trust them.
