Note: I returned our vehicle this morning due to workmanship issues. I will update this review later with the final outcome. ----------------------- First, I am a return customer at this location. I have taken multiple cars to this location before, back when it was known as Craigs Collision. Service and quality were generally good during those experiences, so it was an easy decision to take our Lexus RX450h there for damage caused by a T-bone to the right rear door and corner. The manager, Mr. Stahn, is our customer service rep. After waiting 6 weeks due to heavy demand this summer, we finally dropped the vehicle off. The shop decided to stretch out the rear quarter panel instead of replacing it as is their right. Upon inspection after pickup, I immediately noticed numerous quality issues including several clear coat and paint defects, small dings in the panel that had not been properly repaired, the fuel door and surrounding recess is misshaped and scratched along the inside edge, the rear passenger door does not latch unless slammed shut. While awaiting to take the vehicle back for the remedies, we received an electronic survey that asked several questions about quality and service. We answered the survey honestly and professionally. However, in conversations subsequent to submitting the survey, my wife and I have observed a noticeable change in Mr. Stahns tone from helpful and considerate to condescending and irritated. He has since initiated two conversations with a comment like "oh, youre the one from the survey" in a very sardonic tone. He began his re-inspection of the work this morning by mockingly saying, "lets see what the major malfunction is." Despite his blatant disdain for the situation, Mr. Stahn hesitantly acknowledged each of the flaws we reported, so I have hope that they will be remedied. Although I have not received a satisfactory explanation for how these obvious defects were missed in the post-work quality inspection, I can only assume the extreme demand for their services rushed the approval, if an inspection occurred at all. Ill hope he inspects the vehicle as if it were his own before calling us to pick it up again. I will update his review once the transaction is complete and hopefully with a better ending. Based on the cold reception this morning, Im curious to see how it goes and whether well need a little extra motivation applied from our insurance company or Caliber Collision leadership. Wish us luck!

Took 2 full weeks to repair hail damage. Returned my car to me on absolute EMPTY (even though it had a quarter tank in it) and I had to coast to a gas station. They somehow managed to break my Viper remote start fob and another keychain. Did not clean up hand prints and dust all over my front and back windows, left black marks on my ivory leather passenger seat, and scratched the plastic near the driver door in my brand new car. Poor communication, dont return phone calls in a timely manner. Enterprise Rental located inside the shop is impossibly SLOW. Positive note: the body work appears to be well done. Too bad the rest of my experience was horrible.

Mitch at Craigs Collision helped me out of a bind, and I had never met him before. After spending two days at Toyota of Grapevine and being quoted over $500 dollars to fix my A/C temperature control dial because they "needed to take the whole dash apart", I took my Scion over to Craigs Collision looking for a second opinion and a new quote. Mitch came out to my car in the parking lot, popped a panel off the dash and put the cord mechanism back together in less than 5 minutes. He refused payment and only asked that I consider him if I needed body work done. I recommend Craigs Collision to my friends in the Grapevine area because of that encounter.

Took my 2006 Ford Five Hundred in for a minor repair to the driver side rear fender. It was loose and the bottom was moving around at freeway speeds. Their rep, "Zach", told me they were slammed with business due to recent hail damage. Even though they were really busy, he looked at my car and said, "Its a minor problem. Youre missing some bolts that hold it together. Can you wait 15 minutes?" I said, "sure". He took it into the shop and repaired it. Gave it back to me at no charge! Thanks, Zach. Hopefully, I wont need collision repair again, but if I do, Ill definately be back.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they did not have a record of the appointment and I had to wait for almost an hour to see anyone. I was asked how often I would like to be contacted. I selected every other day, and was never contacted. I had to call them to get status. Repairs took longer than expected and the Enterprise at this location told me that the insurance (of the guy that read ended me) would cover a same size rental, then charged me $112 upcharge for the size of the vehicle. I will never set foot in this place again and neither should you.

I turned my Tundra Truck in on a Monday to have both bumpers replaced and some paintwork done. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with a brand new luxury rental car. The representative that I talked to was named Zack. He said they would do everything they could to have my truck ready by Friday at 6:00. They not only met that deadline, and my truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor, but I was receiving progress reports almost daily. I have dealt with Craigs before, and they have always done excellent work, were very courteous and professional.

My car was there for 3 and a half weeks for minor body damage, it was then broken into on there lot, my radio was taken and only after prodding did they replace that. They refused to replace my other stolen items. I then picked up my car to find that the crew had not cleaned out the inside after working to replace my radio. They also left some sort of residue in my truck bed that has yet to come off. Do not use this business by any means.

Had a good experience. My insurance uses Caliber as one of their approved shops. I received lots of updates throughout my cars unfortunate stay which was very nice. They were even able to accommodate my pickup schedule which I was surprised at. Sad to say I do have experience with other shops in Grapevine. While I have never had a bad experience, Caliber was definitely (substantially) better than my previous experiences.

I needed an estimate for damage done to our company truck, and since I had been here before for the same thing, I thought it should be no problem. I was wrong...The lady in the front desk turned me away for not having an appointment. I decided to go to Caliber Collision, where they treated me like a paying customer and not another problem.
