How do I begin this review other than WOW!!!! These guys are amazing!!!! Let me start off by saying that I was a bit hesitant at first but I always prefer local than the big companies and boy did it pay off! After I had a little fender bender me Vs. some bricks in a parking lot my front end bumper lost. After I was done crying and consoling my car I drove my c-max over to FORD to see what the damage would end up costing me. Have you ever been somewhere and when you leave you just feel dirty and immediately feel the need to shower? Thats how I always feel when I leave Ford in Dallas on Inwood, but I digress. After crappy customer service and a ridiculous quote without a technician looking at the damage some rando just writes me up an estimate for 1500 dollars and warns me it might be more... I said "huh?!?" Oh, and "itll take us about 3 weeks to get to your car, its summer time and were backed up." I said thanks but no thanks and busted bumper and all I sped away as fast as my hybrid could carry me away!!! So here is when Keller Haslet Collision center comes into play. I actually live very close by so I can tell they are always busy, I thought what the heck? I called them up and immediately I got a reassuring sense that they might be pretty legit. I spoke to Gio on the phone and he was professional and not condescending at all as sometime guys in the collision service tend to be, just saying. Some NOT ALL. Next day I bring my car in and again Gio is extremely nice, professional and honest. After coordinating with my insurance company and Gio I dropped off my car and the guys at Keller Haslet took care of everything. What an awesome experience Gio and Carlos are the best. And when my insurance adjuster knew them by name the moment I mentioned Keller Haslet Collision Center I just knew I made the right choice... My car looks impeccable like nothing ever happened. And they treated me so well! Courtesy, professionalism, and honesty go along way with me... So if youre in need of repair work and dont know where to go, you must give these guys a try!!! Youll be glad you did! And youre wallet will also thank you.

I will start by saying the shop did a good job on my paint job, but would not recommend this place at all unless you want to wait a month for your car to be fixed and have them drive it around town. However i was told that my car would take 3 weeks to fix hail damage and completely paint it, it took 6 weeks for them to complete it. They never called to give me updates about what was going on I had to call and see what was taking so long. Every time I called I got a different story about what was taking so long, 1 guy said that it was at another shop for a week getting my roof done,but then when I spoke to another person he said my car was only at the other shop for 1 day. I was told many different stories about what was going on. When I went to get my car I was told that they replaced the weather stripping on my windows because they could hear wind coming in. What were they even doing driving my car to begin with (the shop they took it to for roof was just a block down the street) Ive never had any problems with the wind or my windows. I looked at the weather stripping they said they replaced it was not replaced, the shop did screw up my windows because they will not roll up all the way now. I had a small knife mark on my dash board, they also scratched up and got paint on 1 of my tinted windows ( will have to get this fixed). I checked my miles when picking up and saw that there was a extra 166 miles on my car from the time i dropped it off. Asked the owner about it and he said it wasnt from them ( I guess my miles just magically get higher as it sits there). I would never take any of my cars back to this place. Also lady that answers the phones and is at the front counter is very rude and has no customer service what so ever. Very unhappy with this shop. I have other issues with them, but Ive said enough already

The owner, Carlos, was fantastic! Professional, honest, quick & readily available! His ad is true, our insurance wanted us to go to their "prefered co.", Service King. But S.K. could not fit us in on "our schedule", nor anytime soon. Plus, wed have had a deductable to pay out of pocket (while S.K. likely cut our insurance a deal !) We researched and found Keller Haslet Collision Center, Carlos had us in that day! He coordinated with our insurance, emailing whatever they needed from him immediately. When we called, he answered. My 2007 Dodge Caliber needed new front bumper & front quarter panel. The job was done quickly, the work was great, and as advertised, he absorbed our deductable. What amazed me most though was the "personal touch", not only was the exterior of the car like new, but, theyd cleaned and detailed the interior of my car....including the engine under the hood !! (I had to bring my car into the shop for a mechanical issue and they complimented me on how pristine I kept my car! LOL...little did they know! Thanks Carlos for making me look so responsible!) You Dont have to go to youre insurance companys "prefered repair", its their prefered because it saves "them" money, not because its a better company! Choose youre own place, get a great job done, save "yourself" money, & deal with a "personal touch" that only Keller Haslet Collision will provide ! Well soon be bringing in our big Ford F350 for some "cosmetic" touch ups too ! Thanks Carlos & Crew !!

The guys at KHCC did a great job for us. We were involved in the hail and tornado of a couple a months ago. As soon as the insurance gave us our estimates for our car (2012 Highlander) we looked for a reputable collision center and found this one. We went here because of all the positive reviews on Google. One we got our car to their center they bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make sure all the body work was done properly and mostly to our satisfaction. He had minor hail damage, but the tornado swirled shingles around our car and scratched every surface down to the metal, including the windows. Our car looked brand new, inside and out. It smelled like a new car. When we picked up the car they hadnt just washed the car, it was detailed! Geo primarily took care of us, but Carlos was involved as well. They both provided great customer service, from dealing with us to dealing with our insurance. Even the dogs were friendly! We would recommend them and will return if the unfortunate arises again.

My experience there at KHC was excellent. I chose to go here rather than a large chain Collision repair shop because I was betting that a Family run business would do the best job because its their name going on the repair. Not just another corporate job. We have a 15 Kia Optima Turbo that was T-Boned on the driver side. When we picked up the car I swear the car looked great with no signs of any previous damage. KHC also had the front end aligned as well. Carlos and his team are very easy to work with and have tremendous pride in the service they provide. When i first looked for a body shop and I came across KHC I thought it was kinda weird how they got so many 5 star reviews. Its almost like a perfect record. So needless to say i was leary about taking my car there but i am glad i did. Could not be happier with the results. If you are looking for a collision repair shop I would highly recommend KHC. Ill be a customer of theirs from now on if i ever need collision repair again
