David did excellent work on my late model luxury car, bringing it back to like new condition, just as he promised. The paint match, gaps between body parts, etc. are all perfect. And Jackie found multiple ways to cut costs and reduce time. A big chain shop would still have my car, waiting for parts. To cap it off, today I noticed that they fixed a door ding on the other side of my car that had been there for a year. I could go on. Dont let the race cars in shop fool you, this is where you want to get your car fixed if you really care about it (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, whatever...).

The Best Collision shop around! These guys are honest, fair and Gardner is a master craftsman. The price is always right and most importantly, the work is so good that your car will look just as it did when it came out of the factory. These negative reviews have got to be from a competitor because these guys are the best. The work is top notch and they can be trusted 100% which is very important to someone who has limited car knowledge(like me). You wont find a better body shop anywhere. Ive even drove from Fort Worth to take my car here because Gardner is not a gamble.

David Gardner is the poster child for the all too common over-promise and under-deliver society in which we currently live. His unprofessional nature and complete lack of respect for his customers time and efforts to get him their vehicle is only overshadowed by his overbearing God complex with regard to his "greatness" as a body/paint guy. Any initial estimate that he throws your way will be constantly met with up-charging as the job progresses. He will never receive another cent from me or anyone I can warn about his farce of a shop. You would be wise to do the same.

They were great! Car looks brand new and the price was a third of the only other bid I got! Jackie was very caring and helpful and the car was cleaned when I picked it up at the time they promised. I guess I should thank the jerk in the lifetime fitness parking lot, who did it and left without leaving a note. Glad I now know Mr Gardner. Many thanks and I will continue to sing your praises for the pride you take in your work.

My experience was quite different from "A Google User." I drove my sons damaged vehicle to their shop, they provided a very reasonably priced quote, and performed all repair work to exactly-like-new standard for the priced quoted. They even performed some scratch removal on the opposite side of the car free of charge. I would highly recommend Gardner Paint and Body to anyone and will definitely use them again.

SO SO SO glad I found them! Great place - Great prices - Great work - Great people! I had a little fender bender and shopped around for estimates - This place by far had the best customer service and friendliest people. They got me in quick and my car was back when promised and they even washed it before I picked it up! Highly recommend Gardner Paint & Body!!!!

Completely rude, unreliable, and called me a liar even when his wife told him I was telling the truth. I can only imagine your work would be as good as your customer service skills. Would not recommend this shop because apparently when the owner is having a stressful day, his customers get treated like dirt for it.
