Well i posted this on what i thought was Craigs Collision. No longer Craigs, now caliber collision. You know that feeling you get when something doesnt seem right? From the time I called to make an appointment, when I questioned why this wasnt Craigs she apologized and said unfortunately this is not Craigs anymore..... that has hung in my head since I began this adventure. Mind you everyone has been friendly and courteous, the problem is delays and a high lack of communication. I was informed 3 times my car would be ready and it wasnt. When I called I was apologized to and told due to all the storms and hail they were so busy. Not to be insensitive, but that is not my concern. I had to wait a week to take my car in because of the storms. Or this part wasnt back or waiting for this or that. The only way I knew, was by calling either the day before or the day my vehicle was to be released. I get it things happen the 1st time, then okay maybe the 2nd time, but the 3rd time with more excuses? I could not remain silent and after rearranging my busy work schedule which no on re at caliber seemed to be concerned with, until today. Now theyll gladly bring my vehicle and return the rental as soon as I pay deductible over the phone, which I first agreed to. But that same feeling when I made the initial call said Dont pay for the repairs until you are sure youre satisfied with the work. So I canceled their generous offer. Unfortunately I could not get there today but I will Monday. Very disappointed. When this was Craigs, I always had the same Service tech and if there were delays or problems he knew how to pick up the phone and never once do I recall hearing about how busy or backed up they were. "I have used Craigs collision on a few occasions over the years. Always professional service and my vehicles have been repaired to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed"

I work in the car industry, and this by far was the best experience Ive ever had with ANY vehicle service shop in the industry. Ive been in this industry for 20 years and the level of communication, follow up and all around customer service was, in my professional opinion, unmatched. From the reception greeting, to the smiles from everyone to the detail and care in making sure I understood what was going to happen... Just remarkable. I was called several times during the repair to inform me of status and give me a heads up on the finish. Everything was on time and done to perfection without a single surprise. Whatever this location is doing the rest of the auto repair industry better take a good look at these folks. Could not have been more pleased. And actually surprised at the attention to detail with customer service. If I could mark this place 10 star... I would!

I wish we could give it "zero" stars. After an accident, our vehicle was towed to Caliber Collision. We were constantly calling and trying to get ahold of our representative to get a guesstimate as to when the vehicle will be repaired. After almost a week from our promise date, we arrive to find that they did the bare minimum on our repairs. The cosmetic issues were taken care of, to which they did a decent job, but the underbelly of the car that was hanging after the accident..was still hanging. It wasnt hard to miss. In addition, they didnt even give us the courtesy of inflating the flat tire which was on the side where the car was smashed. We would have gladly paid for the air as opposed to having to inflate the tire with our portable inflator in their parking lot.. what gems.

Horrible Customer Service!!! From the time I called to make an appointment Ashley was very rude and obviously should not be in customer service. She was rude when I arrived to drop off my car and did not appear to know what she was speaking about even to the service adviser. I have called several times and have been told the service adviser could not take the call right now but never calls back. If your insurance company recommends you to a Caliber Collision do not chose this location.

ok went in for an estimate on my car the receptionist was on the (a personal call at that) it took a second customer comming in to get her off the phone to even say anything to us. Then the state farm representative took his time getting to us and when he did he took one look at the car and spouted a price which was a bit steep. The customer service there sucked

They get to your pretty quick here and get your estimate taken care of. I have had worked done on a couple of my vehicles back when this was Craigs Collision Center and they did great work and I got a replacement car, which wasnt so cool as it was a kind of boring car, but good place to go for estimates and work.

They told me they would return my car to its "pre-accident" condition and they made good on their promise! I did have to return a couple of times after the initial repair. But Angie was just the GREATEST! Hopefully I will never need collision repair again but if I do They will be the first place I think of.

Believe me, there is nothing good about this place! My experience was horrific..bad bad color match (among other things)...was repainted twice...still didnt match. Had to take it somewhere to match it a 3rd time!! Its hard to believe how a place like this can stay in business! BEWARE

I would recommend Craigs Collision anyday! Jarret took very good care of our car. We are about to move for the military and they got us in the day of the fender bender. The car was ready in a week. And the car looks amazing!
