**Look at update after first negative review** Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not I repeat do not bring your vehicle into this chop shop. Associates are completely clueless on repairs and very unprofessional. My vehicle was reworked five times and still is not fixed. I was involved in a collision on the front end and when I picked up the vehicle the alignment was way off in the wheel was shaking. Upon bring it back this associate advised me I had a bent and cracked wheel that apparently was never investigated after the front end collision go figure. Luckily I didnt go very far and nothing happened to my vehicle or me. My vehicle is been back now five times and its still not repaired all the way not once has caliber ever apologized about me even having to bring it back even after I made a complaint to the store manager. There was absolutely no communication on any of my repairs after multiple requests for them to keep me informed on what was going on. I had to call every 3 to 4 days to receive updates sometimes leaving messages with people and not receiving anything back from them for 24 to 48 hours. I received a text 2 days after I picked up my vehicle stating from that point on they would keep me up-to-date on my repairs pretty funny. ***UPDATE*** After writing this truthful review over this location i received a call from Caliber Collisions Corporate manager. We discussed in length the past and present issues i had with this location. He was able to not only meet me personally at a seperate location since i did not trust this one but also drove the vehicle himself to experience what i was experiencing first hand. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He set me up in a rental car at their expense and repaired everything at a seperate location other than this one. My car is finally back to pre-accident condition. I would not suggest this certain location for any future repairs but after my most experience with upper management i would most definitely recommend anyone to Caliber Collision. In the end the company knew what the right thing to do was and spared no expense going above and beyond to make this customer happy! Thank you Caliber for re-committing to your customer and instilling my faith in you!

If you have a Volkswagen DO NOT take your car to Caliber Collision!! I have a 2005 VW Bug. I got into a fender bender where I hit a pick up from behind and damaged the passenger side bumper and hood, and of course things under the hood. State Farm recommended me taking my car here to get repaired and I did. The body looked great and I was satisfied until 2 days after I pick up my car from them. My car wouldnt accelerate and was very loud when I would try. It drove at 15mph for about 10 minutes, and made a load boom noise when it was ready to drive at a normal speed. I took the car back, explained what was going on and asked them to look at it and they refused to!!!! I took my VW to an all German engineered mechanic and turns out the idiot who worked on my car put the wiring in my transmission backwards and completely blew out my entire valve body... My car could have exploded while I was driving it! I had to get majority of my transmission rebuild. If you have a VW DO NOT let Caliber Collision work on it! Go to V-Dub Folks in Irving. Super awesome people! Every work theyve done on my car I havent had a problem with since! Good luck!

*Look for an update after the first review* I dont any complains about their service but I do have a complain to their receptionist. I went to get my car and I left the rental car I had. Unfortunately I left my wedding ring in the middle console of the car. I called them right away and I told that to her. She told that she was going to check personally. When I got there she didnt do it and she called Enterprise to check if they checked and they either checked. Maybe you are thinking that it was my fault because I left that in the car, and its true. But I called and she told me that she was going to check and no one did. Now, I do not have those wedding rings and I have to get a new ones. Thank you for get my things when you said you were going to. I did this review yesterday Tuesday 5.24.16 and now I say that Enterprise and Caliber made the impossible to get my things back and I got them today. I appreciate everything they did to have all that. I will recommend to anyone to get their car to this Caliber Collision location. Again, thanks!!!

I took my car here for repair through Geicos recommendation. I never write reviews but felt the need to after my experience here. I can agree that the process on my repair from these reviews is somewhat true. Caliber did follow up with me through daily phone calls about the progress of my vehicle, which I appreciated. However when I received my car back 2 weeks later, there was a noticeable fish eye on my paint. Well, after having my car for 2 weeks and they stated my car was quality inspected prior to it being released to me, how can these professionals not see the fish eye on the paint? Caliber sent me a follow up text to see if I was completey satisfied, I am NOT! A manager will contact me, which they didnt. I had to call them! I have to leave my car for another week to have them fix it. What an inconvenience to my family! I will never bring another car here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The reality is, it is your decision to make...

First and most importantly, my truck looks great. If I did not KNOW it was not pristine I would not be able to tell. My dedicated service rep, Robert is one GREAT guy to work with! He truly cares that the customer has a positive experience - and I did! I only have one complaint and it is VERY minimal: Robert had a few days off at the end of my repair (Im glad he was able to have time off!) but in his absence the customer service STOPPED. "Were short handed....someone will call you." "Im sorry nobody called you...the service manager will contact you soon." etc, etc. It ended up being a few days longer than Robert expected due to this and I believe Robert was more upset than I was. All in all I had a great experience and as I said before, my truck looks great! Thank you, Robert and Caliber Collision!

After only three getting our car we were driving to Dallas and the car was shaking and our tire blew. We called they gave us no help and told us we need to buy a new tire hello it hasnt even been 24 hours and your already trying to get more money from us I would never recommend any one to go to this shop ever very rude man name Ron or whoever he is told us it had to be a nail umm no we left you guys and we should have never had a problem at all. Please explain to me how a nail would have your tire blow and part of your car come off.
