I took my 2017 new Surburban in for a ding on the back side fender and a big scratch on the bumper I believe I got at a drive through car wash. Brenden Hinds ran it back and they fixed them both on the spot, the touch-up work was great and you dont even notice. The ding was dented and they pulled it out flat- you cant see it. I decided to ask him about my classic 1980 Z28 Camaro. It needed to have the paint polished and restored to its highest sheen and a new fresh set of decals, the old ones had cracked and peeled. They worked on it for about 12 hours and it came out fantastic! it looks fully restored now and Im thrilled. They were caring, professional, and delivered the car as promised right on time and for the price we agreed upon. Im delighted with the quality of work they do and highly recommend them. Ask for Brenden Hinds. Hes the best!

WILL NOT return a phone call....EVER! Started out good when they sent text updates because they had to order the mirror, but when taking in to install they returned it to me even though it did not function properly...would extend, but would not adjust directionally. I assumed they would find out the problem and call me back to repair or I would have never taken back the truck. Insurance paid for an outside company to fix the problem, yet Classic caused a short with the way they wired it to begin with and now I need a module...nothing done yet and it is now four months later.

Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs! I should have known better when they told me I would have to wait 3 weeks to bring it in. After driving around a damaged vehicle for weeks I finally dropped it off and was told that it would be ready in a week, which sounded reasonable since it was only a bumper and trim that needed replaced. So fast forward 3 weeks and still no vehicle!! Called and was fed generic lines about waiting on parts, waiting on paint. Very unprofessional work for a collision center. If you want to get your vehicle back in a timely manner do NOT go here!!!

My vehicle took three and a half weeks beyond the scheduled completion date to get it back. Its great that they can notify you of status via email/text, but the info is only as good as the info put in. I get that there can be delays, but it took me showing up everyday to finally get my car moving through the process. The work is fine, Im happy with the turn out, just not with being without a car for seven weeks for minor damage. It took three weeks to get the car in, and it was as if they werent prepared at all to begin on it.

We were out of the country and I got an email saying my car was ready in Grapevine. We were moving to Austin and I had to be in the office Monday morning. I called to see if I could pick it up on Saturday and they said they were closed and would be closed Sunday as well. I got ahold of Josh Lamb and he drove up to the body shop (on his day off) and waited for my family to pick up the car. Josh was extremely patient and bent over backwards for us. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
