Less than two weeks ago, a GEICO customer slammed into the back gate of our Buick Enclave, causing significant damage. We were worried that the hassle of the claims process would be long and frustrating. To our pleasant surprise - that was not the case. The day after the accident GEICO called us informing us that they would pay for the damages and they lined us up with Caliber Collision in West Frisco. We were impressed from the start. The customer service was fantastic, the building was clean and the staff was friendly. They walked us through all the damages, and gave us estimates on cost and time that same day. It was also convenient to have an Enterprise Rental on premise, which GEICO also payed for. Throughout the week we received multiple text and phone updates. The car was completed on the day they said it would be and it looked fantastic. They detailed the car and even provided some touch up paint if needed. I was impressed with the location, the owner, the staff and the communication. It really made us think of switching our insurance over to GEICO. Scott helped make the whole experience painless - but I was really impressed with the entire location.

First let me say how much I love the organization of this location. This was my 3rd accident in 2 months and every experience I had was bad so I already had a bad feeling about it. But when I came to this location I was immediately greeted ask my name. I filled out some quick paperwork and my adjuster Chris came to look at my car in detail. She broke down everything with the damages I had then Scott, the shop manager, assisted and broke it down in even more detail. Gave me the options I had and what could be done. I got my rental and estimate within a matter of 30 minutes. Chris told me she would keep in contact with me and update me on progress. That evening she gave me a call, didnt have much news but to know she reached out to me made me feel even more comfortable. Scott has also reached out to keep me up to date on progress of my vehicle. If I ever get in another wreck Im coming to see these two. They make the process so much easier, I really appreciate everything they have done for me. Two thumbs up to these two dedicated employees!

Watch out for the Enterprise car rental at this location, they are dishonest. I had my car at Caliber for repairs and needed a rental car in the interim. They called me to come pick up my car after repairs were completed and so I did. I received a call the following day that they found hail damage on the rental vehicle. (I declined their coverage by the way.) There has been no evidence of damage presented to me at any point thus far. No damage was reported at the time the vehicle was returned, and it wasnt until the next day when I was out of town and unable to return to the Enterprise location to view the alleged damage damage that I was notified. The vehicle was purported to have hail damage, yet the car was not subjected to storm conditions while in operation or otherwise, having been garaged during non-use. This is an unsubstantiated and frivolous claim.

I am not happy with these guys at all. My wife drove her Camaro over a parking stop and when she backed up the bumper caught on the spot and pulled the bottom brackets off and the bumper pulled out about 1" Caliber quoted me 1800 bucks to fix it. Hey said they can try to snap it back together for 500, I went to Action Collision Center in Little elm and they told me they could do it in 15 min and for 20 bucks and it is solid and good as new. It looks great. I used Caliber for my other cars but no longer. I do not believe they treated me fairly at all.

Go to Caliber for any issues you have because of people like her and all the other employees there it is a great experience! Timely, simple, and efficient! Walked in and just needed my window rolled back up (the switch stopped working with the window in the down position) and they helped me out free of charge :) The receptionist was extremely courteous and I believe it was Trevor who actually helped me with the fix. Would definitely recommend this place, especially because the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I read the reviews and decided on Caliber Collision in Frisco off Old Newman Rd. After I was rear ended Geico insurance suggested CC. I have to say if I ever need work done again I wont hesitate to go back. Scott made it very easy and a difficult situation painless. I highly recommend Caliber Collision at this location.

Very slow service. They will not follow up or update you. asked them to order parts before repair and still waiting its been 7 days now. No follow up from them I have to call every time. I am in their office right now and been asked to wait 15 min. Just to talk. So guys avoid this place.
