Horrible place. Its all good that individuals give good reviews. But to what existent does that make it okay to swindle even one person. I often skip over the good review. They may be detailed, but that detail means nothing when things are simple; as in no complications or issues. The behavior of this establishment when issues arise is sly to say the least. The manager encourages fraud, denies its liabilities and attempts to dodge responsibility. Ive convinced everyone I know not to visit service king, not just this location. You see that dont hurt the company enough. However if because of this location and its customer relations the company experiences a loss in its business.... This company will address the manager and staff here. Boycotting is something that should be brought back. Its the only way to fight against a business that is able to dodge its liability to its own service. This location is from where my expression is derived. Please, people leave this company and in particular this location alone. Their name is commercial and its hard not to think of the name when the time calls for repairs(and some of you will be recommended this place because of their supposed warranty on their work.) But be strong, search a little more and find the smaller business that cares, and doesnt just smile and speak because policy dictates. I guarantee the business with the smile policy will lack a care policy. Down with service king. And to those who wish to post positive replies to counter this one. I say, be gone with you. The prejudice man has many that he cares for and loves, and is humble to. But the seed of his prejudice gets only belligerent and stubborn hate. To the family he is a saint but to those he hates he is a demon. Let a complication arise here at service king and you just might(or not) find yourself as the seed of their prejudice. Response to owner: Passing my information on to the Lewisville location does not provide confidence in your customer service. Lets be honest here, customer service comes first only after profit. You guys recognize that it impacts profit and yet I dont see you replying to other individuals problems. Your mostly replying to the positive feedback(other than mine) further embraces my point about complications. Why did you even reply to my comment? Because you can see the possible impact my words may have? Whats done is done, Ive already paid out of pocket to rectify the situation this location put me in. And filed a complaint with my insurance company in detail about your companies follies. I further requested that they no longer recommend service king. They were shocked about my ordeal and your managers response to it, to say the least. So the two, maybe three, hundred dollars your company refused to pay to rectify my issue...may very well cost you much much more. Your Lewisville location denied me(knowing no one will take him(manager)/them to court over an issue that costs much less than the court process itself).(not to mention courts these days have a true distaste for the average "working Joe" who speaks out against injustice). I wrote this review in hopes that potential clients deny service king their business. I hope Ive spoken(written) well enough to achieve that. God bless

Do not go here. I got my car back with a crack in the windshield. Instead of fixing the problem. The staff on three separate occasions attempted to convince me that attempting insurance fraud was my best option. The assistant manager to get me to leave told me, after I refused to call my insurance agency and attempt to add it to my previous claim(fraud; even they admitted there was no crack in my windshield when I brought it in for service) not to worry they had a mobile service that would come to me and I wouldnt be inconvenienced. "Well take care of you, we want to make sure your satisfied." Were his last words, I assumed they would take care of it. He told me they would contact me after speaking with his manager. So I left. They never contacted me; so I contacted them, three times(to no avail, manager was always in a meeting and was always going to get back to me after.) Then one day liberty mutual called (no happy dance though) he was a claims adjuster and was coming out to view the windshield. I thought, "cool, theyve contacted their insurance and are handling it. " But no. He gets to my place looks at the crack and then calls me and says, "Im sorry we cant add that to the claim, there is no way that occurred during your collision." I was baffled, "wait a minute your not from service king? " "No Im from liberty mutual but on behalf of safeco" wtf. Service king contacted my insurance and told them I needed to add to my claim. Snakes! I contacted service king again. Finally the manager of the location contacted me back days later (nearly a week). And again began telling me what I ought to do is contact my insurance agency and attempt to add it to the claim. I then got mad, and I had been calm up until this point. "What is with you guys telling me to attempt insurance fraud? " I asked. He snapped back saying there was no way service king was going to repair the windshield. And then proceeded to scolded me, about what I do not know because I was to heated to continue the conversation; I told him, "I dont need this you said you refuse to pay and thats all I need to hear." And then hung up the phone. I contacted my prepaid legal service and they will be sending a demand letter shortly. If I even go through with it, places like this know the average Joe doesnt have the funds or time to pursue legal action against them. They claim they have nothing in there shop that could chip or crack my windshield (it starts right under the windshield wipers) they removed my hood, I assume thats when it happened. Dont go here. No one go here. I will never go to another service king ever. Unless this situation is rectified, in which case I will withdraw this rating and review. I didnt even mention the fact that the first time I went they lost the pictures and didnt file the quote with my insurance (instead telling them I missed my appointment) I had to return for a second quote and pictures. Not one apology for my trouble (that should of told me my experience would suck.) Maybe Im the fool. But they are surely bad business.

I thought this was supposed to be a professional place of business. My husband went here because he was referred by our insurance company and wanted to make sure they did a good job. It wasnt great but it was decent and we dont complain much so we were just going to pass it and when he picked up his car he opened the trunk to put his bag in it, well he noticed his spare tire was missing ( no work was done in the back, the repairs were done on the front drivers side) so then he went inside to see if anything else was missing and his radar was gone along with his rayban sunglasses which I bought for his birthday a few months back. So we went to get the advisor and talked to him, the advisor admitted to seeing the radar but not the sunglasses when the car was brought in, he didnt mention the spare tire just said to leave he car and he would check. So next day his excuse for the spare was that there was another Infiniti g35 and there was a mix up (no reason to take out the spare at all! But he got it back so we didnt fuss about it much), he then asked how much the radar was because he would try and get corporate to reimburse because he clearly remember it and there was nothing he could do about he glasses he said. The radar was $500 new and he said he would be able to get him $200 since it wasnt new. So Im still pissed about the glasses since I bought them with my hard earned money ($298), and the advisor has now been giving him the run around for not even half of what that radar was worth. He keeps saying corporate has to look into it or investigate. Well its now been about 5 and nothing. Got tired of calling but Im still upset about the unprofessionalism, we thought we could trust this company since its well known. Will never in a million years go back or EVER refer anyone to this place. They have thieves working for them and either cover for them or dont care. Since the advisor said and I quote "we cant control who comes in and out of the shop" or what they do apparently. Since service was so horrible will never go to any service king anywhere!
