Its a family owned company. I got to speak to both the father & son who both made me feel like they were going to make my car look new again before they even got started. Mr. Brody new my number even though I only called once or twice. I called the shop early one morning because my alarm system which is connected to my phone was letting me know the battery in my car was getting low. I called the shop, got the answering machine but I didnt leave a message. Mr. Brody called back & says "Hey Mr. Favors, I just missed your call, how may I help you?". I was shocked because I didnt leave a message on the answering machine, but its little things like that, like knowing my name & not being treated like just another customer that made me personally feel comfortable. Stuff like that goes a long way. This was my first experience with Magic Touch Paint and Body. I was referred by a good friend of mine & I am going to refer my friends to do business with these guys.

Several weeks ago, I took my Lexus RX to Magic Touch Paint & Body for my damaged passenger side mirror replacement and paint. Before arriving at Magic, went to a couple of others shops for quotes and to discuss approach to their work. Arrived at Magic Touch. Mr. Brodie greeted me. Not only was I impressed with his professionalism, but also how the team treated me as a person and not a job. He personally reviewed his teams color-match selection and made sure I witnessed the choices. The mirror on my Lexus was repaired by promised date. The finished paint matched exactly, beautiful white pearl coat. Mr. Brodie & family...Excellent 5-star job!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I got off late from work and dropped my car off after they closed no problem. They even let me wait in the waiting room till my ride came until 8pm. I would recommend anyone that needs body or paint work to go check them out. I was given three option on how to fix my bumper and was not pressured into any of them. They simple explained all my option and let me choose how I wanted to fix it. I cannot thank this shop enough for what they did for me. It hard to find business that really care about their customer and this is one of them. I dont want anything to happen to my car again but if it does I know where to take it. They have a customer for life in me!!

Had the best experience at Magic Touch Paint and Body. I had a minor collision while backing up, and the paint on my bumper was severely scratched. When I took the car in, the guy was very honest and said that I did not even need to get it painted if I did not want to because the bumper is made of rubber, so the car would not rust. He also gave me a couple very reasonably priced options if I did still want to have it painted. I went for the faster, cheaper option and they did an AMAZING job on my car. The waiting room was full of people, but I was in and out in less than an hour. I definitely recommend going here and will absolutely be back if I need my car repaired again.

I took my Infiniti there last week and they indeed worked their magic. Being me, a complete skeptic sometimes, before I dropped off the car, I walked around my car intentionally trying to memorize all the scratches on it. So when I came in, I spoke with Brodie, who was extremely helpful. Brodie knew my expectations, which were realistic. After the work was complete, the sprayless scratch repair technician took me to do a walk around the car. As I was walking around the car, I found myself wondering where all those scratches I had memorized were at. Then I realized, if I cant tell the difference then no one can. Thanks again guys, Ill be coming back soon. :)

I took my brand new Tesla to Magic touch after reading great reviews about Brodie and crew. The car had got deep scratch while I was taking out of narrow parking area. All other body shops that I went, would give me outrageous options which did not make sense. As expected, Brodie did not disappoint me. He was very honest and professional and gave me all possible options. His sister Charlotte created a perfect color match and they fixed the scratch within an hour. The repair is near perfect to original color and is not visible to others. I was very satisfied with overall experience and end product. Thank you, Brodie and Charlotte!

Magic Touch does a great job and I wanted to give a shout out to Brodie for a timely repair and great communication and customer service. I was already comfortable using Magic Touch as they perform a large volume of repairs for a well known Dallas area luxury dealers inventory. Their work is high quality. I brought my jeep to Brodie after being damaged from a rear end collision. Brodie took the time to track down a hard to find rare optioned part to make it right for me. Also, I paid out of pocket for a repair on my Corvette and was completely satisfied with the paint work and repair. Folks you can trust!

Perfect Color matching. I came in with my wifes car for a simple repair to her bumper. Going to other body and paint locations I was quoted outrages amounts and was told that the paint would never match. I went to Magic Touch and not only was I impressed with there professionalism but also how they treated me as a person and not a job. The bumper was repaired in record time.T he paint not only matches the color of the car but is so seamless you cant tell even with sun fade. I am so impressed that I would highly recommend them to my friends and family near and far.

Honest and Trustworthy. I am always a little afraid to take my car/truck to repair shops due to a few bad experiences. However, this company is Honest, and does the right thing. They provided a quote, and found out that the work needed to resolve the damage could be done without most of the labor and materials originally quoted. My final bill was far less expensive than I thought, and I was very happy with the service. I would use them again, and recommend them as a shop. When you find an Honest shop, keep them!

Outstanding in every respect. I am extremely particular about my car, especially since the paint is a dark blue metallic and very tough to match. Chuck (the owner) was very pleasant, and had the repair done on my car (they fixed a light scratch that was into the clear coat), within 20 minutes. I cant say enough good things about my experience there. I will refer everyone I know to Magic Touch for paint and dent repair -- they are just terrific to work with.

Went to another body shop not too long ago and needless to say, they screwed up my rear bumper; turned out very orange - peely and the owner still had the audacity to charge me for it. Went to these guys after seeing the reviews and wow...my bumper ended up looking brand spanking new! Alex was kind enough to give me a substantial discount because he felt bad for me too. Great group of folks, would highly recommend to anyone with door dings or auto body damage.
