My car was a large repair job (T-Boned on passenger side, brand new vehicle, airbags off, etc.). From the moment Caliber received my car I got top notch customer service. Taryn is my contact and she has been on top of everything since day 1. Since my car was brand new, we had to wait longer than usual for certain things, which was frustrating but understandable! The repairs are perfect, and the tiny things I noticed they immediately took care of as if they were just as important as any major issue. No job was too small. They worked well with my insurance company, and when we ran into problems with rental issues they advocated for me and helped out. This went above and beyond customer service. I felt like they were on my side more than anyone else! Lastly, the entire staff is wonderful. Nicole is always fun and friendly! I cant remember other names (sorry, all) but theyre all great. I highly recommend this place for any and all repairs if you also want to work with great people and be treated well. Thank you Caliber at Crossroads for everything!

Rude treatment from manager. Even another Customer waiting in lobby witnessed how the manager spoke to me when I disagreed with a quote and told me," that was pretty bad!" He too saw that this manager had poor skills and a bad attitude. Will not recommend this facility or come back.
