I got in to a car accident and called my state farm agent. They sent out a tow truck for me to the scene of the accident. The whole day was a real bummer. My brand new BMW was damaged bad! So my agent recomended me to The Glen auto body repair. From start to finish these guys were great. I woke up the next day with a phone call from the shop who told me that my car was towed to them and asking me what kind of rental car I would like. The car got droped off direct to my home. Throughout the repair process Kevin from the shop kept in contact with me. The repair was supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks!!! The shop contacted me in the 3rd week and told me it was done. He even gave me a complete detail which i sure needed. Super work. I could not tell that this thing was even hit. I have been told that i am a very picky person but i could not find something to complain about. The customer service and work that was done to the car was great. Thank you very much

These folks did an exceptional job to my Fiat. It looks like a brand new now. My car was parked on the street when distracted SUV driver smashed rear end corner. The damage was really bad and the repair included cutting damaged panel off, welding new one in, and painting it, replacing rear bumper and hatch. I was amazed how perfectly all parts were aligned. All gaps were even and repainting was seamless. Also Id like to say many thanks to shop manager George who went above and beyond to get my car professionaly fixed in timely manner. He successfuly dealt with other partys insurance company that covered all losses. Id highly recommend this place! Wish I could add a sixth star. Many Thanks Guys!

I know that the Glen Auto Body does great body work but when I called George about a brake job on one of our fleet trucks, I had no idea how great of a full service shop they were. I was in a jam as I had a busy pickup and delivery week coming up. It takes our now former shop (a dealer) a week just to schedule an appointment on a fleet vehicle let alone get the job done. George had our truck in and out in 1 day AND it cost FAR less than what we paid on the last brake job for this truck. The work was done with quality and care that far exceeded my expectations. The Glen Auto Body Repair is now my go to fleet shop. Full service, quality, efficiency and value. The best!!

Brought my car here for window tinting. When I picked it up, there was a new dent. They repaired that for free, plus covered my extended car rental and discounted the original work for my trouble. They were professional, never once questioning that the dent happened on their watch. Turns out, the construction crew working on their business-expansion damaged my car, not one of their own employees. The tinting and repair look great, plus the life-time warranty is comforting. The entire process, from quotation, to setting up the car rental, went as smoothly as can be expected.

As a Allstate Agent I have reffered many people to different auto body shops. The Glen Auto Body Repair has been very helpfull in resolving many of my clients auto problems. From accident towing, to auto break down towing, to collision repair. I have had multiple great experiences with this body shop over the past couple years. Initially they told me the work would take about two weeks and I received my car in just eight days. They also gave me a significant discount on the body work because I was a return customer. Of course, the work they do is top notch, which kept me coming back in the first place. I would recommend that anyone who needs some body work done to go here, I havent had a better experience in the city or the suburbs.

Buyer beware, they sell junk cars with false impressions, do not take their word, please do full inspection. Looks like they buy junk cars, covers up as much as they can in the body shop then sell. Purchased a wrangler, thousands of dollars in damage not disclosed and they sell cars without the title. 2 months later and still no title. Waste of time and no one returns call. Marcus makes many empty promises and George is impossible to get a hold of. Again, buyer beware!!

This shop ( The Glen Auto Sales , Glen Auto Body) sells vehicles that have been heavily damaged, purchasing them from auction websites, and repairing them without reporting the damage. They have taken advantage of my family, who traveled out of state to purchase their vehicle. They lied and claimed that the vehicle was clean and clear. It was found out otherwise when the vehicle was taken to a Ford shop near us. Now the business is aying the "I dont remember card".

Needed a new door and fender. Kevin & team picked up my car and came back with an estimate promptly. The estimated time to complete the job was about 10 days and Kevin called 2 days ahead of schedule with the job done. I was happy to get the car back sooner! Kevin is professional and helpful. He has a great passion for his business. I will return to his shop again in the future. Thanks!

My a/c compress went out on my Mercedez ML 500. I went to my usual guy he quoted me 1500.00. I was going to do it until i heard about The glen auto body. Someone told me that they will beat any price. Sure enough they did and i gave them the job. They saved me money and earned a new customer. I would recommend giving these guys a call. thx

After reading their reviews I knew that a lot of the reviews were fake. But still took a gamble. I never left a review before until now. They are complete scammers. I did research on a couple of their cars for sale and they listed the cars fraudulently. They gave false descriptions of their cars. Be aware of purchasing from here!

great place to get your car fixed! fast, friendly, and i can not even tell my car was ever hit. They helped me with my insurance claim and rental car. They even threw in a full detail after everything. I could not ask for better service. I am going to go her for anything my car needs!!!! thanks!!!

Brought life back to my beater. Found these guys on yelp. They did body work to one of my other cars. I have a beater that i wanted to bring back to life. Got a full tune up, flushed all my fluids, and got 2 new tires. BEST PRICE AROUND....trust me i shopped the price...
