When this place was in Duncanville, it was great. Not so much any more. They have done excellent work for me in the past, and this time for the most part. Got my wifes car back Thursday and it looked great. Saturday, a trim piece flew off the car as she was driving down the road. She took it back Monday morning and they told her they did not touch that part so they would not warranty the work on it. They did offer to get her the replacement part at their cost. The part was directly above where the damage was to her car and is held on with clips. I noticed when i looked at it that the clips were broken and someone attempted to hot glue the part back on. I took it in myself on Tuesday and they did end up replacing the part at no cost to me. However, the manager tried to argue with me that other body work had been done on the car prior to this. The car has 5900 miles on it and has never been in the shop prior to this. Im not mad that the piece fell off, things happen. Im aggravated with the poor service after the fact. One of their employees had to drive the car to the alignment shop, no big deal. But the guy decided it was a good idea to connect his phone to the bluetooth and even created a profile in my radio with his name on it. Who does that??

Im sitting at Valero in Cedar Hill, my battery just died. The 2nd time in the past week that my battery has died. I dont understander why. My car is brand new, like it only had 4300 miles on it when I bought it and Ive only had it for a year. I took my car here for 2 dents, one in the hood and the other in the door. They kept my car for 28 days, on the 29th they called me and told that my car was labeled totalled... for 2 dents on a brand new car fam? I came into the shop and let my words go on Aaron and Traceys conartist asses and guess what "aww sorry about that, there must of been a mistake sir." Long story short, I took my car else where. They fixed it and customed painted my car for a 3rd of what Calliber had estimated me. They even went mup there and retrieved my molding that Calliber SO-CALLED threw away. Im still trying to figure out what they did to my battery and why my cars computer is on the floor. Had to take it to Jeep to get reinstalled.

Didnt want to work on my car because I didnt have Geico insurance.i had Allstate. before I told them that, everything was going great. When l told them I was an Allstate customer,every thing change, one excuse after another.wanted to talk with mgr. But he was busy. Lefty #, he never called. Had an appointment because they were so busy, waited 2 weeks, another excuse. Finally told them, I got the message! Took my 20,000.00 claim down the street. .

Odd. To get an estimate Abby stated I have to make an appointment (self paying) or the insurance company has to send over information. I went to MAACO immediately after and now MAACO made $2,931. I cant imagine how many people have been turned away due to the delayed process it takes to get an estimate. I think its a good place, its just it could make so much more money by shortening the estimate process.

They didnt want to try to fix our car because they thought the insurance wouldnt pay for the damage that was made. I get that they dont like working with certain insurances but they could have at least tried. We had already called ahead and they said to bring the car even though they could have told us that they wouldnt do it over the phone. They were nice about it and recommended another place though.

State farm send to stimate, the demage, after they stimated, they call state farm and toll the demage was the existing demage. From previous axident. After that , state farm call me and toll me.they dont have to pay because they pay me all ready. Finally. I have the vehicle repair from my own experience. In maaco in Lancaster tx. Becarefully. between, state farm and this body shop. .

They put new lock on my left door and it doesnt work and it spins around when you put the key in it. This is the third time Ive had to bring my car back for them to get it right!
