I do not recommend this place at all. The management is unprofessional, the staff is dishonest, and it is the worst experience i had with autobody repair shops. When it is the most stressful time when your car is damaged and you need to find a replacement since insurance has time constraints for you. You would expect customer service, honestly, good management and a good repair from a Autobody shop! No not at this place, expect Hell and losing your lunch times, and getting your car even more broken! They still owe me because they damaged my license frame, and I have not heard from them yet that is how great and honest they are. I paid rental from own pocket for a week! and had to go look for another shop beacuse they couldnt get it done in time frame they promised they would , they scratched my car, didnt assemble it properly and BROKE my license plate frame. All was documented with Cameras so its sad that there is proof of all their terrible work. this place is a real big joke. Good luck to you if you choose to step to hell.

I have used the Sterling Autobody Center two times just recently, one on an insurance claim and one on a personal pay repair. Thomas Rosales was my adjuster both times. On both occasions, Thomas and the rest of the staff at the Grand Prairie location were always very friendly and very helpful. I never felt rushed and Thomas was always making sure I was satisfied with their service before asking me to sign off on the work. The work was performed in a timely manner and upon completion the vehicles were back to their original factory look without any flaws. These guys are very professional when you walk in they greet you immediately and make sure you know you are being taken care of. The whole staff is great. Mr Thomas Rosales took care of my repairs, this is the second time Ive worked with him and each time he made sure i was always updated on what was going on and whenever things needed to be communicated to my insurance company he made sure it was approved and done asap. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. *Ask for Thomas*

This service king collision repair center is by far the best collision center I have ever been to. They have excellent customer service and Daryl and Brian (manager and supervisor) guarantee a great experience. They are super professional and go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied with their service. I took my Mercedes GLC 300 there and they have better expertise than the dealership. I will always go there from now on.

Absolutely the best repair facility Ive used. Had over 5,000.00 worth of hail damage, and they had it fixed in less than 2 weeks. Thomas was just awesome! He kept me up to date on every thing with my repair status as well as helping me with my insurance check getting endorsed and the supplement check getting issued as well. Very friendly staff! Would highly recommend and will use again in the future when needed!

My experience was the exact opposite...these guys were great! I needed some minor work done to our 330i and they were able to get the parts in one day! I took my car in, dropped it off, and then called them back with more items that I wanted fixed with no problems. The manager was very accommodating and the front office staff was friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends.
