I showed up to Auto Zone around 9:30 on a weeknight needing a battery replaced. I was worried that since it was near closing time the staff would say, "Have to wait till tomorrow." Instead they provided great customer service and begin helping me. A stripped bolt on my battery cable made getting the battery out difficulty but the team did not give up. The battery finally was changed out at 10:30 pm ( 30 min after closing time). This store offers fair prices and great service. If you need a battery replaced, in my opinion, do not go to an auto shop. Instead see these folks!

Wonderful customer services!!! I had a pleasant experience the 3 times I have visited this establishment. They change my battery. Change lights bulbs. Also with my license plates. Even on this Texan HEAT. BIG THANK YOU TO THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!! ;)
