I went in to get a estimate for getting a broken bolt replaced on one of my tires after the guys at discount tire broke the thing right off and didnt want to compensate. I had decided to stop at another tire shop before stopping here to get a estimate of what it would cost to get the bolt replaced. So I was sitting at Chris Auto Services for 30 minutes to get my second estimate when I finally decide go to the front desk to ask whats up. It turns out that they decided to start replacing the bolt without my permission since they had not given me the estimate yet. Well it turned out that the mechanics had decided to go out for lunch while working on my car and they wouldnt be back another hour. On top of the guys deciding to do the work without my permission, they had decided to take the shocks and suspension off the car before they went out for lunch. So on top of the lack of communication, the swindling, and that stupid smirk on the owners face, they were 30% more expensive than the mechanic I got my first estimate from and wasted 2 hours of my busy day. DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I even saw them scam another customer while is was sitting there by replacing her ignition when she was only trying to fix the key entry on the drivers door. They told her that she still had to pay for the new ignition since the work was already done, even though they didnt fix the original problem. Im pretty sure the short reviews here that are "excellent" are just fake reviews from family and friends.

extremely poor communication skills. its the type of place that will tell you the diagnostic that they "feel" is correct and after finding out they were wrong... you still have to pay... they will suck out as much money as possible before fixing the problem. found out the hard way... in their eyes, they may feel that they were in the right, but in all reality theyre extremely bad mechanics to have under your hood!!!!! so sad, especially when they are a new business. In their defense... maybe theyre just horrible at explaining their services to the customers or us "customers" arent "smart" enough to understand... but if so... heres their consequence.

One word.... ah hell there isnt one word. Awesome, reliable, honest, etc. Never had any issues at this place. I had a truck and was having some alignment problems as it had been aligned several times with no luck. I brought it to Cris Auto and he had his mechanic take a look at it. Come to find out there was a cracked arm or something like that which was throwing off the alignment. When I asked how much for the consult He responded with "nothing unless you want to give my mechanic a tip" in which I did. Great looking out for both his staff and client. THANKS CRIS AUTO!

Im a new Texan, and I had to come in for a state inspection on my car in order to get the registration done. It only cost $7 and it was done in less than 30 mins. The guy was very helpful and explained what I needed to do at the DMV. It was an excellent experience, Ill be sure to come back.

Raul the assistant manager was very nice and helpful. Raul and the mechanic gave me some information about my car that would save me some $. They were both very honest. I would trust my car to be serviced here again. Fast service as well.
