They installed my tires without balancing them and if thats not bad enough, they still charged me for it. I didnt like those tires so I brought other tires and had them switched out. It was then that I found out that the first set werent balanced because I saw the shop guy tell another that they didnt have the "cone" for the balancer for larger wheels. They were still going to charge me full price for this set of tires. I had to argue with the manager for 5-10 minutes and teach him how to multiply by 5. Any tire shop that thinks that its ok to leave a vehicle with unbalanced tires should be shut down. "Tire Balancing. All four tires on your vehicle should be in balance for a smooth ride, good traction, steering control, and long tire life. Driving with tires that are out of balance stresses your shocks, bearings, and entire wheel assembly. Driving a vehicle with unbalanced tires is unsafe and can cause serious damage ..."

Horrible business ethics. I took my car in for an alignment & they sabotaged my car thinking I was some dizzy broad who didnt know anything about cars. They broke torque on the bolt to the left front ball joint & turned the nut with the cotter key still installed. There was a 1/4 inch gap between the nut & ball joint (which could be moved manually) causing the left front wheel & tire assembly to have excessive play. Resulting in excessive jerking & loss of control of the vehicle. I could have been killed or I could have killed someone else!!!

I have been here about a half a dozen times and always received excellent service until this last visit. They did my rims/car a great deal of damage. It must be the new crew because I never had this problem before. I talked with the owner Cesar, and he made things right. Better service than other places. I usually watch them do the work and this time I didnt, but I should have. It is important to be a good consumer.

Ive only used C&C Tire Shop for there tire service so not sure about their other services. Ive used them 5 or 6 times to fix nails/screws in my tires. They have always been fast and always done a good job. Today I was maybe 6 in line when I pulled in and it took them 15 minutes to get my tire patched and me out the door. Ten dollars is the rate that I paid.

Outstanding repair shop. Super fast and efficient service. They have repaired several tire punctures for me. Never a wait. In and out in 10 minutes. Recently they replaced the exhaust system on an old Jeep. Work was quick and very well done. Highly recommend.

Nice people, low price, but horrible service. I was recommended there by my usual shop because they do exhaust work. I took my car it to get a leak in my exhaust fixed and not even a week later it was leaking again. You will get what you pay for.
