Horrible service department. Communication is bad. Sam was very rude . When I called one day I could hear him cursing on the phone . Sam said that he told us that service department was backed up so they wouldnt get to our vehicle right away . He tried to make it sound like we didnt pay attention to him . He even suggested we pick up our vehicle and go elsewhere if we were not happy . Sam was arguining on the phone with me ( very unprofessional). At that time I asked to speak with service manger . Spoke with Billy , he was patient and explained that the service department was busy but they would get to my vehicle promptly. Billy never offered for us to take vehicle elsewhere. I was satisfied with Billys service and communication. He was very professional( I guess thats why Sam is not a manager ) I will never return to this dealer for service !!!

Horrible experience with the service department, my car has been at Ancira Ford since November 30th, it is now February 3rd and still no end in sight. They claim the car is drivable however it left my son stranded once so as a parent I cannot allow him to take that risk - I would prefer Ford just repair the vehicle, especially since it only has 7,000 miles. Parts have been on backorder since November, it is past the point of being ridiculous. Neither For nor Ancira has offered any alternative solutions beyond drive the car with a transmission that slips and take the risk of being stranded on the side of the road (again). Very poor customer service, extremely poor reliability, and no follow up at all.

We went in to see if we could get a great deal. We ended up buying a car from Mike Summers and we have nothing but positive things to say. We went in on Sunday so we expected for most banks to be closed but the dealership made it happen! We got a great deal and everyone was so nice and great! Mike went out of his way to help us out. We had another car we were driving that we were giving to family and he hand washed the car for us! Who does that? Mike was so much more than we expected. Oh and not to mention we were in and out so fast! The whole process was maybe 3 hours. We would recommend anyone to go out here and get a vehicle from Ancira Ford. Thank you Ancira Ford and Mike Summers!!!!

Horrible experience from the start, they gave me the run around and as soon as I told them I was going with my bank for financing they turned into assholes, the sales person Justin was very bland with his service as if he didnt care about me leaving content from there, and even till the very end I texted the sales person for my license plates and he replied "oh yeah theyre sitting right here." I asked politely if he could mail them to me and that I would greatly appreciate that, and he simply responded with -OK. Horrible sales person!

The service dept. is a joke. They will lie to you, and try their best to overcharge. I was yelled at and told to never come back.. I will never buy another ford and will make sure NOONE in my family for generations to come will buy a ford. Ancira has ruined a once great brand. Floresville Ancira is the most corrupt group I have ever came across and that says a lot. I wont even go into the whole ordeal. Stay away!!!!

I found Ancira Ford in my search for a 2017 GT350. I contacted them via phone to learn more about the vehicle and setup a visit. All staff within the dealership were very helpful. I found the sales process to be very straightforward without any pushy upsell in the process. I had a very positive experience and everything was completed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to do business there again.

I wish I could rate them zero. I needed work done to my f350 and needed it for work. Said they would need it all day just to read codes. Took it to McCombs in San Antonio and they had it in and out in 3 hours. Service tech at Ancira would not even set up an appointment with me. Guess yall dont like money and I will tell everyone not to do business with you that I meet.

The service department is lousy and lazy. I dropped off my truck there on a Monday was told Wednesday that it was internal, And would take 4 to 5 hrs to remove the valve cover to figure out the problem.Called back Friday that week to find out nothing has been done!! My truck was just sitting there not getting fixed on how Pathetic!!

Worst customer service department ever. They never answer their phone. They advertise that they do oil changes for other vehicles but wont give you any info on the oil change until you come in. Really? You dont know how much a 6qt oil change costs based on the Ford vehicles you sell?
