The worst gym experience by far, seems like a good gym but after a few months you start to see what they really are. Staff members are completely incompetent, and there is always someone new every few weeks because of how poor management is. Even knew a gym trainer here that left because of how poorly they are run. Management tells you one thing and do another, also out right lie to you, never take responsibility for what they say. Causing you to have to repeatedly go around and around to resolve payment issues. Which you should expect! Frequently charging payments on your account not on the day stated in your contract. I recommend looking at your monthly bank statements very closely. And expect to be harassed and have money stolen from you by the general manager and accountant when you cancel your contract. Was lied and told you can cancel over the phone and when you do finally cancel that say there is one fee and then still continue to charge you a month later. Make sure you keep copies of your cancellation contract because they will try to say you never did it on time. Had them double charging my account and then lying when they told me theyll pay me back the money they stole from me and make excesses for why they cant deposit money into your account and tell you there whole billing system has changed. There nothing but a bunch of con-artists claiming to be some upscale business. I suggest you go somewhere elses unless you want to be harassed and robbed.

Salle de gym très bien équipé avec suivi à la demande. Vous avez tous les appareils pour développer et affermir votre corps. Il y a aussi un sauna en plus dun bar pour les boisson diététique et pour aussi prendre du volume en muscle.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the re-racking of weights is not enforced!! I hate it because it takes time off of my workout schedule to re-rack someone elses laziness. Who wants to re-rack 200 lbs worth of weights? Currently looking for a new gym....yes, this is a deal breaker for me. Four stars because this gym always looks spotless.......except for the weight issue.

Out of all the gyms in the Mcallen area this one was the most courteous and valued its customer. The facility was great and well maintained and customer service was excellent and kept their word regarding fees and contract. Great location.

Seems like a nice place at first. Give it a month and true colors start to show. I joined Max Fitness and I am far happier.

Most of the staff is very polite/professional and there are plenty of machines ready for use. Nice and clean facility.
