The coaches are wonderful - patient, experienced, and involved in each childs progress. The classes are designed to accomodate various skill levels, and I am very impressed at the structure of each class. The coaches incorporate stretching, personal responsibility and discipline, teamwork, and encourage each child to set and achieve his/her personal goals. I have watched my three daughters grow so much since working with Coach Sarah and Coach Ally. I am excited for their futures with Extreme Gymnastics!

Watching my son do gymnastics for the first time was Amazing! It was really cool watching him practice the different gymnastics skills. My favorite part was watching him practice on bars :) The coaches are super patient and really teach the kids each skill.
