I am very upset. I paid for the platinum membership due to the fact that my grandchildren live with me and I take care of them while their father works. I bought him to the gym with me and they wont let me put him in the day care area while I worked out. Really he lives with me and he is my grandson. Not happy about that. I dont have custody because my son lives with me. This is truly messed up. I love half hr of my workout waiting for my other son to get out of work and pick him up for me. Not a friendly family environment. Not a happy member.

The day care staff are rude and dont pay alot of attention to the children there and have an attitude with the kids ive seen and reported to mike the maneger there doesnt appear to be a difference,other than that the gym is good clean and friendly staff.but kids should be treated with kindness and patience if u dont like to be around children they shouldnt work there.i dont even take my kids there no more and i get daycare with my membership.i dont trust the ladys w my kids

There is a 32 dollar fee that is automatically deducted from your bank account. FINE PRINT in the not so "CONTRACT" you sign. This is called "enhancement fee" Enhancement Fee: By submitting this agreement, you have authorized the club to bill your bank account or credit card for an enhance fee of $29, plus applicable sales tax. This Enhancement Fee will be collected once each year on in April 17th or October 17th depending on your Join Date.

My name is Joe black this gym is very affortable and offers great customer service and has good machines. No other gym in the valley will match this type of gym at such a low cost, sometimes I even wonder if 10 dllrs is even enough money for them. overall this gym will be the best choice for those who have to work during the day because the gym is open 24 hrs so that benifits us the customer to allow us to workout at any time that we want.

Staff is helpful and even most members are good people. Some stuff is kind of old but is well kept and maintained. My problems with this place are very minor: Dumbbells only weigh as high as 70 lbs. And theres only one squat rack that isnt a Smith machine. But for the monthly price compared to other places, this is great deal.

Very nice gym! I love that I can come in the convenience of my own time during weekdays because of their 24 hour availability and the fact that I can bring a friend with me any time. I live quite far away but I come everyday. Its a gym worth looking into!

Its a great gym to work out.. i enjoy going during my lunch time n evening. Staff is very friendly n helpful. Regardless of peak hours, classes n workouts feel great due to such great and clean environment. Hopefully it grows to provide more.

Much nicer than the other McAllen location. Only one machine was in need of repair. This one is more similar to what you see in San Antonio. The gym was packed. They must be making enough money to maintain all the gyms well.

Great gym for the price. Staff is nice and usually it is very clean. Only two issues. 1: No squat rack and they refuse to get one. 2: It gets crowded (but at their low price point you expect that).

Love this gym! Always clean and my kids love the daycare. You can work out and know that your kids are being well taken care of. As a parent that means a lot!

The AC is not working properly , humidity is horrible. Sign says: they are aware of problem and in 4 to 8 weeks it will be fixed. This is unacceptable. 8/12/13.

I love this place. Between 1-5 its a good crowd but gets packed after between 5-10. 11pm-4am is the best time to go of you wanna use machines and get wild.

Its close to my apartment and I like the machines they have. I usually go to womens area since its less crowded. Bathrooms and showers are clean.

If a machine breaks, it stays broken for months. No squat rack, no seated calf raise machine, no kettlebells
