It’s a great learning and confidence building environment for kids of all ages. My kids have been enrolled since last year and enjoy it tremendously. For the class sessions, the coach is generally a young person, very friendly and very professional. The classes are of full of excitement and enthusiasm, which is very contagious and ~ 45mins go by fast. Unfortunately, the customer service and attitude of the management is a whole different story. The owner loves reciting the “policies in place” which either their front desk personnel do not know, or understand, or believe in these policies enough, to communicate it effectively with customers. Each week one talks to a different person, and there appears to be a high turnover rate. Either way, messages were not transmitted in a timely fashion, leading to utter chaos, which could easily have been avoided right at the start. In my case, they sold me “the best deal” at the time and when probed further about make up classes could never come up with a direct answer. Be very careful with “make-up classes” explanation. Also, its a shame the management is not willing to work with and does not take into consideration any special-needs children or parent situation, who could definitely benefit from this program and that each child is gifted uniquely.

The lack of supervision during their summer camp was ridiculous. They allowed for my 3 year old daughter to be bullied by an 8 year old. I had to step in to stop it as none of the instructors were even paying attention even though one was standing right in front of them. I used to love this place but recently has gone very down hill due to poor supervision. It is just too chaotic with very poor supervision.

Theres no place my 3 year old would rather be that The Little Gym McAllen! All week he asks if hes going--and when we get there, hes so happy to see the staff, his friends, and hes so proud to show off his skills. We love the confidence that hes gained in his physical abilities, and his coordination is really being developed well. We love The Little Gym McAllen!!!

The organization of the class is a very nice progression. The instructors are very encouraging to try the next step, but never pushing the children beyond what they are comfortable with. Also children dont have to wait in long lines, there is always another obstical to try! Thank you staff, I know my child had a wonderful experience!

Very organized! Employees are wonderful and the kids love the activities. The Little Gym and its staff COMPLETELY take away the stress of having a childs birthday party! They literally take care of everything from beginning to end!
