Coaches have many years of experience, equipment is top notch (best youll find in town), and the programming is perfect for any level of athlete. Also to top it off, the staff and members offer great encouragement and friendships through all of our fitness journeys.

Been coming to The Vessel since November 2015 and its made a huge change in my life. The coaches are seasoned and informative and the community is very supportive and encouraging when the WoD gets tough. This is a great place to CrossFit. Classes throughout the day and at times on the weekend.
