Problem with charges. When I walked in the place sometimes in 2016 I met the new owner who seemed very nice and friendly. I told the new owner that I was not sure about joining because I did not want a long term commitment. She assured me it would be a month to month, and she scribbled on the contract. i still have the original contract. Few months later I called to cancel, she said I would have to come in and sign their cancellation paperwork in person, and it would take 30 days to take into effect. The following day I came in person to cancel. The young man at the counter said he was a new employee, but was able to pull my contract. He said I would have to pay $100 to cancel, and I explained there was no penalty listed in the contract. After checking the contract he had me sign a cancellation paper and said it was all taken care of. Except that it was not. They continued charging my card for the following seven months. I first called to let them know and expected that they would correct the mistake and apologize. Instead, it took few calls, no call backs, and few more calls to get to the owner. When I finally spoke with the owner, she was no longer the nice person I originally met. Quite the contrary, she claimed that I owed her money for a prior contract, that a collection agency should have been calling me, and added that I never cancelled the agreement. Not only did I cancel, and monthly payments have been charged to my card continuously, but I have not stepped a foot in the place since I cancelled. What started as a friendly and easy going owner turned into quite the opposite. I had to let my bank know and have them work on it. I am not sure what happened, but it sure should not have happened this way. Although my kid and I enjoyed the program, and the trainers, I was very disappointed with the owner and her failure to administer properly and treat me the way that she should treat customers.

This is absolutly the best and only gym Ill ever be associated with. Believe me......Ive been to many gyms throughout the years and Im proud to be a member at Title Boxing in McKinney. The owners and staff know my family and I by name. Im 47 yo and feel incredible........Many of my friends dont recognize me.......The workouts are challenging and the results speak for themselves. Ive been a member for 1yr and 6 months and have met many wonderful people. Many have great stories to tell and inspire me to push hard. The owners are hard working individuals and take great pride in the club. They treat their customers like family and are eager to help fulfill your needs. They installed a state of art sound system that charges me and insures maximum effort (Its a huge improvement from last year). The club is aways clean and the Staff are awesome.......my 10 yo is a priority to the club and shes always entertained by the staff. Ive never had to ask....Its the BEST CLUB in the area and when I travel, I long for the club. The workouts are never the same and always challenging. If youer looking to lose weight, improve overall health, or lose that difficult ten pounds.......come by the club and try it yourself......youll be hooked after your first workout......I was. If It was an option, I would give this place more stars than offered! I have been a member for 2 years. I have lost 65lbs. A lot of the weight came off in this first 5 months of attending this club, believe it or not. I LOVE the trainers, they are constantly switching up the warm up, and workout intervals. Julian and Anthony are favorites;) You are DRENCHED in sweat when you are done, which means youre working your booty off! Literally, you burn 1000 calories a class. Ill send anyone a before and after picture after attending title. This is the best therapy anyone needs. If Im feeling stressed, anxiety-ridden, or overwhelmed I come here. Theres something so satisfying about hitting a bag and being part of a community. The owner is the most sweetest and caring soul. She takes pride in her gym and really cares about her members, unlike most places. I could go on and on. I have had several friends try this place out, and they immediately become a member. Do yourself a favorite and check it out!

I have been a member of the McKinney Title Boxing Club for almost five years. I have tried jillions of diets and exercise programs and did not stick with one of them until I walked through the doors of TBC McKinney. You are family from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone from the desk crew to trainers to the owner want you to succeed and want you to be a part of this fantastic club. I have lost over 100 pounds working out at Title. Plain and simple...it works. This weekend I completed the Spartan Beast and the Spartan Sprint with some of my Title family...no way I could have accomplished that with out Title on my side. But dont take my word for it come in and take your first shot free. Only then will you understand. Empower yourself and Hit It Hard!

Ive been working out at this location for over 2 years. About eight months ago they went through a change in ownership which has proven to be fantastic! Theyve made lots of investments/improvements in the club e.g. new sound systems, video monitors, bags, etc. Most importantly, they have great trainers that are highly motivational and technically sound. They spend time making sure you are doing things right and they care about your progress. Another great thing about this particular club is that it has a fabulous community of members that support each other along the journey and are inclusive!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get fit and get strong both physically and mentally!

Over the years, I have held memberships at several gyms throughout the metroplex and in other states. I found those gyms to be okay, and I would attend the classes and feel okay about my progress towards my fitness goals. Nothing compared to my workouts at Title Boxing Club, though. Not only are the classes the most challenging and rewarding workouts I have experienced, but the gym itself feels like a second home. The owner and manager at the McKinney location have created an atmosphere of encouragement, camaraderie, and dedication towards fitness and healthy lifestyles. I have exceeded the goals I had set out to accomplish when I started, and I have my family at Title Boxing McKinney to thank.

I spent time trying out different gyms, but I would always get bored. Title is the first gym that I have been a part of for more than 3 years! And Im still not bored! Each workout is different and the trainers are fabulous! Being a Title member is becoming Title family! Everyone is nice, helpful and fun to be around. The members, staff and owners are there to help any time you need it. The new owners have done so much to make the place better-including deep cleaning! Its nice to walk into a place and smell clean rather than sweat! Title Boxing Mckinney is THE BEST PLACE TO BE! Come try us out!

I have been to many Title Boxing Clubs in the DFW area, but this is the club I choose to work out in every day. The trainers are challenging, encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive. The desk staff is friendly and always willing to help with any question or need I might have. The environment is not only family-friendly, it is welcoming and genuinely caring. When I walk in, I know the trainers, staff and owner have done everything possible to make my workout and my overall experience a great one. I would recommend this Title to anyone!!
